Hello guys,

I received an LOI from SINP and am planning to apply ASAP. I don’t have the necessary POF in my account right now. Can I receive gift from my father for POF and provide notarized gift deed letter and affidavit and submit the application? Has anyone faced any rejection when providing a gift deed letter and an LOE for SINP?

Hi

get funds transferred in your bank account , and write a letter to Processing Officer that these funds are generated through this source as you have been keeping your funds with your father.

He will accept this fact , based upon cultural and social grounds

I do not intend to challenge any one , but in my last 09 years of experience with Canadian Immigration , I have not seen any rejection on the basis of Funds , unless Bank Statement is FAKE

Kind Regards

So CIC accepts gift deeds but not SINP? Has anyone faced rejection for having gift deeds?

Yes , Gifts are LEGAL source of funds Globally , and they will accept this. make sure that these funds remain with you through out the processing of your application.

Its is no where written that Money is required to be earned by an applicant
Write a note to processing officer about source of funds

Can any one share with me Rejection Letter on the basis of FUNDS Please , with the exception of Fake Bank Statement

What is the minimum score and tie breaker date? Any idea? I have 68 points and my NOC is among the one listed above but I didn’t receive any nominations

Hello guys,

I need your help. I have completed one year of study in Saskatchewan so I have claimed the 5 points for that one.

Also, I have more than 1 year of work experience in Saskatchewan, gained on working off-campus and on my study permit. Based on this experience, am I eligible to claim the 5 points also for work experience in Saskatchewan? I do not know for certain if work experience on a study permit is accepted to claim those 5 points, and on the website, it does not really explain further. I emailed the SINP office, and they directed me to the "Required Documents" section, which also stated that I only need a letter from the Saskatchewan employer(s) for the claim.

If any of you could get me an answer, I would appreciate it. I am currently at 66 points (with Saskatchewan work) and NOC 0124.

Thanks,

Anyone has an answer for my desperate question :(

The last draw was 69 points i think
I have one more doubt- It is mandatory to upload documents while creating profile which is called EOI? Can’t we just upload them once we got the nomination? I don’t see any option to upload documents while I created EOI and submitted it.

Hi Guys,
I am from Australia and planning to apply under 2281 category.
I had been working for 6 years in an International IT company(HO in USA) which has offices in Canada as well.
Could senior folks help me to answer below questions:
1. My job experience covered 1.5 yrs under 2171 and 4.5 yrs. under 2281. Could I get sinp OID full point for 5 years job (latest 1 to 5 years)?
2. Should I collect separate reference letter from HR for both positions or one reference letter mentioning both Roles & Responsibilities with period>
Thanks in Advance.
Yes, you will get 10 points for experience.
You need to enclose Reference letter for Noc 2281 only.
No need to enclose 2171 Reference letter.

Could you please point to a source for your claim? Because I have a similar question: On the SINP website it clearly states that "points are calculated according to documented proof of skilled work experience (NOC 0, A, B) in their intended occupation in the last ten years"

My wife filed an EOI under noc 6211 and worked for 9 years in noc 6211 (closest match overall ) but ideally 8 years in noc 6211 and another year in another noc that might be an even closer match. I also wonder whether she can claim 9 years work experience even if in the end she would file as 8 years in noc 6211 and another 1 year in a related noc.

Is there any clearer suggestion or description on SINP's website that supports your claim that the other user can just add the years work experience together even though only part of the total work experience was in the NOC chosen as part of the EOI?

Thanks

P.S. Also, your claim that only for part of the claimed work experience a reference letter needs to be submitted is something I am not sure that is correct. What makes you say that? According to SINP reference letters and at least 3 pieces of supporting evidence have to be submitted for EVERY job for which points are claimed.

You have to guide now.

Why so agitated? I simply ask what the basis of your claims is. Where does it say that jobs of different nocs, which not all correspond with the chosen EOI NOC, all count specifically for SINP points?

After all, thoughts and advice we all share here can severely impact others' lives and families. Hence the question for the source of your information imho is more than fair. Please don't take it personally.
