Hello,
1. Is NOC 0122-Banking, credit and other investment managers requires licence to work in Saskatchewan?

2. When should I have to upload documents? After receiving ITA or while submitting EOI?

Thank you in advance...
No. It doesn't require licence .

Hello everyone

Today I received Invitation letter to apply. My noc is 1225.

I have a query regarding proofs of funds. I am working in public sector undertaking organisation from last 14 years. I have a pension account which my department credited my pension fund with their proportion. It has sufficient balance of savings to show them. Can they accept it a genuine proof of funds or i need bank balance in my saving account. I am worried because money is in my account is not sufficient and nor old as three months. Any suggestions?

Hello all,
I recently started the process of Canada PR and looking forward for PNP from Saskatchewan. Although to my dismay, I came to know today from a consultant that I need to have a relevant education for the Job NOC I am currently working as. This sounds somewhat similar to the Australia Immigration process. Can you good people solve my query and let me know if I am eligible to apply for SNIP?

Work Experience: NOC 2171 (Business Analyst in an IT MNC)
Education: Engineering (Electronics & Comm. Engg) and MBA (International Management)

does the above two relevant or is there any relevancy rule applicable for SNIP?

Yes. This educational qualification related to noc 2171.

;)
However, SINP does not require police certificate. You’ll need it only when applying for PR through EE. So just apply for SINP, you’ll have several months until the actual nomination, during which you can get the police certificate.

Apparently I will not need ones from foreign countries since I have not lived abroad for the past 10 years. I will only need one from my home country.

From the official website:

Our online system will ask for a police certificate for:
  • you and your family members who are 18 years or older
  • and
  • every country you (or a family member) stayed in during the last 10 years for 6 months or more in a row

Hello,

I received an ITA in the recent SINP Express entry sub-category draw. I claimed 10 years of work experience in my SINP profile. I have 6 years of work experience in NOC 1121 as my intended occupation which is not in the excluded list and 4 years of work experience is in a different NOC which is also not in excluded list. So are we allowed to claim points for two different NOCs both of which are not in the excluded occupation list? I see some people in this forum saying we can do it and some people saying we can't. So what's the truth?

No. You will get points for your intended NOC only.

How much did you score on SINP ? that score will go down most likely if you claim proper experience of 6 years for relevant NOC. Would advise to be careful going ahead with this nomination. i feel it will be rejected. IS your other work experience not under and IN-Demand NOC ?

Both NOCs of 6 years and 4 years are in-demand ( not in the exclusion list). So would you advice to cancel this ITA and submit a new EOI?

After doing some research and checking similar threads on this forum it seems that I will not be going forward with my application.

I have 10+ years of work experience as a Lawyer, but since NOC 4112 (Lawyers) is excluded I applied under NOC 4211 (Paralegals). But I think that is not correct.

Would appreciate some advice from experienced members.

In my opinion it does not make sense. So, basically foreign Paralegal can contribute more to a province than foreign Lawyer.
