just one last question... do you think software engineering is related to noc 2175? since it's not listed in the requirements part. I'm a bit nervous that they may simply reject my application just because my bachelor is in an engineering field.

When recording work experience, do you get the same number of points for 5 years as 6 years? this seems like an error.

I have a kind of question like how do they differentiate professions listed under NOC 2173 and NOC 2175.
The confusion is regarding software designer listed in NOC 2173 and Web Designer listed in NOC 2175.


in particular i have question how Software Designer(NOC 2173) is different to Software engineer(NOC 2173) and Web Designer(NOC 2175).

can anyone tell where do they have provided list of roles for this NOC codes where i can learn more about NOC 2173-Software Designer

I've tried more than once. but every time they just sent me an equal automated answer. Once they said all engineers should go with APEGS. the other time they told me that if my noc is an engineering noc I should go with APEGS. so they have just made me more confused.

This is sort of problem with me as well.My work designation are all related to software developer/engineer where as my degree is in MSC in IT.

APEGS reverted back saying that only engineers are entitled to apply to Engineer-In training License.however they may deny after one year of assesement.if you have any other computer science degree other than engineering.

practically in entire globe,there is no rule like only people with engineering degree are entitled to work as software engineer.

For the same query ,SINP Office has advised me to go with 2173-Software Designer and with CIPS .this combination is valid.

but i am not certain how to reframe my work experience letter with 2173-Software desinger.

It is in Exclusion list of 2173 related occupations.
2172 is not in the list now.

As u said, DBA comes under Noc 2172. but It is not on the list so I am not eligible?

I am going to apply for ece certificate but wen I downloaded the form from sinp website it's asking details about ssktchwan child centre etc but I'm teaching here in India so want i do?

Early childhood educator assistants (This is suitable, of two)

• Completion of secondary school is required.
• Experience in child care is required.
• Completion of an early childhood education assistant certificate program or post-secondary courses in early childhood education may be required.
• Licensing by a provincial or territorial association for early childhood educators (ECE) may be required.

You have to obtain license for that NOC. You can apply for both of them (SINP EE/OID and obtaining License) together. But have to submit it before Nomination. Only then they will provide Nomination.
4214 Early childhood educators and assistants Ministry of Education 2-4 weeks (Approx Processing time for License)

You have to submit IELTS result and ECA Report with application.

Hello Everybody,
I just joined this forum, I need advice from experienced applicants. I have studied MA BEd from Punjab and I am a Teacher at a Primary school, teaching Nursery and KG kids, can i apply for NOC 4214. Any body got success obtaining approval for SINP with BEd and NOC 4214?
Also, i don't want to rely on agents and prefer to do it myself, could someone brief me a high level about the process, i.e.
Documents required for the first step, do i need all the documents at the very beginning like WES, Ielts etc

I would appreciate for your help.

Iam "inprocess" candidate, but when i check work experience section in Oasis there is not any documents as i have uploaded when i submitted my application. This case is similar for many applicant in watsapp group.

Will the new system not affect my application?
