What if 2151 Architect was listed and it is no more in the list? Is it mandatory to submit the licensed document?

I still can apply?
if your occupation is in current (updated) In Demand List, you can create EOI and submit.you can select 'NO' in Proof Of Licensure document if you dont have it.
With entry of EOI based system, the previous system is scrapped.

Regarding EOI - for EE: I have submitted my EOI but not able to see folder named as 'Summary of Application' at the home of my OASIS login. Any idea?

Guys, 5241 is not on occupation demand list. Can I still send in a EOI? I do get 62 points from the assessment
No, OID list will remain same for EE or EOI.

once you submit an EOI.please navigate to home menu.Summary of Application is listed as Second tile just besides "Go to Express of Interest"

has anybody emailled sask immigratioon and recieved a reply? maybe somebody here can advise me...

While studying, I worked as an assistant in a grade 1 class for 2 years in 2009 and 2010 then a kindergarten class for one year in 2011. Once I completed my studies, I went on to teach as an early childhood teacher for 6 years from 2012-2017.

Would I be able to submit any of this assistant teaching as part of my work experience under my NOC 4214?
Can I use all 3 years or only the kindergarten year or none?
I am able to support this work experience with pay slips, contracts and letters from all employees.

I have applied for a secondary review last september and waiting for an update from them. I understand that the wait may get extended. My question is what will SINP decide if I'm nominated (for my secondary review application) and found that my eligible points fall below 67 now due to age factor?

Can anyone please reply?

Hello All, I have a quick query regarding SNIP EOI.. Please clarify..

I have a EE enrolled with NOC 2171. But 60% of my overall experience have job duties matches with NOC 2173. I can see 2171 is not included in the OID list. Please advice if am eligible to submit my EOI? My assessment with SNIP eligibility grid is 67. Any advice would be highly helpful...
The NOC is critical for the SINP OID or EE so you should apply under the NOC that is listed. You should ensure that all of your employer reference letters have job responsibility descriptions that match to the NOC to the greatest extent possible. If there are positions where the responsibilities do not correspond at all then unfortunately you cannot count those years of work experience.

Guys, I have more than 5 years experience as a Web developer, creating PHP websites as well as web applications using python. The problem here is my bachelor's degree is in Software Engineering and my master's degree is in Business Administration. I'm a bit confused if I can fit NOC 2175 since in the requirements there is no mention of software engineering. Besides that, applicants for 2175 should go with CIPS, while Saskatchewan Immigration Office forces engineers to get their certification from APEGS. what do you think? I've emailed them many times, but every time they sent me an automated response giving me no clue.

You are eligible for noc 2175. Here is the requirement details for that -

Employment requirements

  • A bachelor's degree, usually in computer science, communications or business
    or
Completion of a college program in computer science, graphic arts, Web design or business is required.

The problem here is the fact that my master's degree is in business, while about 3 years of my experience is before that and is related to my software engineering degree. So I have to apply with my bachelor to get the maximum points of work experience. Yet, the problem with APEGS still remains. I'm not sure if I can go with CIPS and get its membership or it's a must for engineers to get APEGS certification.

I think yes.
Why don't you confirm it direct to
immigration@gov.sk.ca
You can use any email address. Better you confirm 2-3 times. Every officer has a different opinion.

I've tried more than once. but every time they just sent me an equal automated answer. Once they said all engineers should go with APEGS. the other time they told me that if my noc is an engineering noc I should go with APEGS. so they have just made me more confused.

Only cips required for noc 2175 . This is mentioned in their website.
