Is it advisable to call tracy or some sinp officials. I have already sent 4 emails to them and I haven’t received nomination and its been 11 months. No ADR request aswell.
I applied last year may in noc 2232.

One of my friend applied for canada immigration back 2006 under skilled worker paper based. His file was returned with refund money .He does not remember exact reason as he lost the letter came with the file. It was something regarding his job does not match with any NOC in occupation list .



While filling SINP portal , there is one question that "have you previously submitted a provincial or federal Canadian immigration application ?" so what should he answer?? if says Yes then they are asking file number/UCI which he don't have.

As well as in Background declaration form in section 6d, what does he mention because his application was not processed.
It is wise that he takes consultation from lawyer?? please advice​
