Now a days sinp is very typical and lengthy. Their rejection rate is also very high.

"The two draws conducted on March 26 were unique because Ontario issued “Targeted Notifications of Interest” to candidates who met the HCP stream criteria and who either had a job offer in Ontario or French language skills of CLB 7 or above."

From this statement it looks like they have just invited people with job offer or french proficiency. Which are both not existing in my case. What do you suggest ? Is my understanding is correct ?

In addition, NOCs 2171, 2174, 2281 and 2282 are in Nova Scotia Demand list. Check them , is anyone of them suitable for u? if yes then NSNP DEMAND EE CATEGORY B is without job offer category there. These NOCs are non regulated there.
P.S. - Min. 70% job duties must match with their expected Job duties showing in website.
