3. IMM 0008 Economic Classes Provincial Nominee

7. IMM 5562 Supplementary Information
8. Translator's Affidavit.


My question is if some of the form is not applicable for us...can we simply write NA and upload it??? Please help me

All are compulsory except Translator Affidavit.

There are forms like Authority to release personnel information to a designated individual, other one is use of a Representative,additional dependents form....what we can put in these forms....like I don't have any representative

Getting licenses takes at least one year (in ideal conditions). It would be nice that you select one from NOCs 2241 and 2242. They are also in the list and Non-regulated. (Changing the Reference Letter in a few variations according to related NOC responsibilities/duties)

Thanks a lot for your valuable advice. I am quite apprehensive in selecting other NOCs because of following reasons:

1). I have confirmed my roles and duties from NC-NOC-CNP-GD2@hrsdc-rhdcc.gc.ca and they confirmed me that my NOC should be 2133 which in reality closely matches to my experience and work what I am doing. I also possess the required qualification to qualify for NOC 2133.

2). NOC 2241 requires two years of college study in Electrical/Electronics Engineering but I have higher qualifications than that. As, I have Masters in Control Systems so I am afraid that will raise an eyebrow on my selection of NOC. My ECA report also clearly says Masters as my qualification.

3). I have chosen NOC 2133 to create my EE profile which I know can be updated anytime. If I will be successful in getting a nomination from SINP then I will have to further process my PR application with NOC 2241. Am I correct?

Please suggest.

These forms are not in above mentioned list because they are not mandatory. Use only when needed. I think we have discussed already about this topic.

Thanks Ashu....one more thing in schedule 4 (Economic classes- Provincial Nominees) form, there is one point Which provincial goverment has nominated you??? As of now I am not nominated from anywhere....so what I can put in this question??? or there is no need to fill this form??? What about funds section??? do I write approx.15000 for 2 peoples???

Any idea when is the next SINP In-Demand Occupation List update? I am waiting for 4032 - Elementary school and kindergarten teachers.
Right now only 4214 - Early childhood educators and assistants in the list.

Means, it will take about 2.5 - 3 years to get PR.

Already waiting like a duck for 1.5 year. IELTS writing screwed my CRS as I have 6.5. If I score 7 in writing then I will be at 453 CRS which is more than required to get direct ITA.

I am literally not sure what should I do.

As yoy know i applied again in OID, but I didn't fill translator affidavit as all my documents in english.

Also I didn't fill additional dependants/ declaration because it wasn't in the forms created by the system, I didn't know that I have to create it myself. The same for authority to release personal information to designated individual.

I'm afraid that my application will not be complete again.

Do you think I will get rejected for that, should I be ready to apply for third time if it opens.

How many members in your family, in application ? Have you opened/expended Generic form for your Kids related information (if you have kids only then). Generic form has space for Main Applicant and Spouse detailed information only (Automatically), so no need to press "Add dependent" button. For Kids information, it is necessary to push "Add dependent" button and fill details for separately.
Translators Affidavit is not necessary for you. Additional Dependent form is the same thing which mentioned in Generic Form Add Dependent button. But it is useful for Large families only who have 5-6 kids.

I have 2 kids, when I opend the additional dependants I found it is the same data as imm 0008 generic form
As you said above I have added 2 more Independents in the imm 0008 generic form, I hope it will be enough

The application form asked for a 'Settlement Plan'. Can anyone help me how to go about this and what document proof should I submit with my application? I don't have any family there and no idea about the place. I also have a question on this topic. I have tried using this tool ( http://www.cic.gc.ca/lctvac/english/index) but there is a question if I have already applied which I haven't so if I put in this info I receive an answer that this tool is for those who have already applied so what should I do? Maybe choose another option from the list? But which one then? Thanks in advance for your answer.Thank you guys.
