Is any body tell if we don't applicable for certain forms like translator, use of representative and Additional dependents/deceleration form etc....can we mention top of the form just NA and upload it??
 
Hi my NOC is 2173 software engineer. In the Generic Application Form - IMM0008 in the current Occupation column I wrote Software Engineer and in the Intended Occupation column I wrote Information Technology. Will it be problem? Should we mention the same name as in OID in the Intended Occupation column also?

Yes. I already submitted the application. What can be do now? I am very much worried.

Actually i had checked the following site. And there for NOC 2173, it has mentioned as "They are employed in information technology consulting firms, information technology research and development firms, and information technology units throughout the private and public sectors, or they may be self-employed."

That is why I submitted the form like that. Now Im worried as some where I read it both should be same.

What can you do in this? Sit quietly and wait. Tension will burn more blood.

I would like to have some information from the experts who have successfully completed getting the license for their engineering qualification and experience from APEGS. Basically, I am looking forward to apply to SINP under OID stream as my NOC (2133) falls under SINP's demand list.

My highest qualification is Master of Technology in Control and Instrumentation with Bachelors of Engineering in Electronics and Communication Engineering. I have 8 years of experience in Control Systems and Robotics and working in the same stream.

I want to apply to APEGS but have few queries:

1). I already have ECA done for my qualifications from WES last year and I have electronic copy of it. And I do understand that for APEGS, I will have to request WES for another review by changing the application in my account. My question is that do I have to send WES my transcripts again to perform this evaluation?

2). Regarding APEGS, what should be the application type? Should I apply for Engineer-in-training or for Professional Engineer?

Have a question about proof of funds.

How can we claim the PF account balance as proof of funds? Following is the requirement from SINP website.
  • Provident Funds (an official letter from the provident fund organization indicating the amount of funds that are accessible is required).
What is mean by amount of funds that are accessible? I have an account balance of 3.5 lacks as of today in my PF account. Can I show this entire amount as accessible?

Also will they accept if I send the proof of fund as email to SINP showing 3 months statements with the account balance on my application submit date?

Please help.

You can try. Nowadays they don't accept any document after application submission, if they have not demanded.

Getting licenses takes at least one year (in ideal conditions). It would be nice that you select one from NOCs 2241 and 2242. They are also in the list and Non-regulated. (Changing the Reference Letter in a few variations according to related NOC responsibilities/duties)

2. IMM 5669 Background Declaration form
3. IMM 0008 Economic Classes Provincial Nominee
4. Ethical Conduct Disclosure Form
5. IMM 0008 Generic Form
6. Settlement Plan
7. IMM 5562 Supplementary Information
8. Translator's Affidavit.



My question is if some of the form is not applicable for us...can we simply write NA and upload it??? Please help me
