I paid when I submitted my application . i meant after submission the application what causes ,the officer reject the application!!! , although all of my docs were completed even i sent POF too.

Only one possibility that you mìssed documents, then your application will be returned. Otherwise, your application will be processed as sinp procedure and decision will be made for you accordingly.

As we know about the new rule about the Ontario giving NOI to ICT NOC's . I have 2171 and it comes under ICT.
I applied to SINP EE on Feb 2017 intake, and didn't receive the nomination yet.
My question is can I recreate my EE profile to receive OINP NOI and submit the new EE profile id to SINP? Is to possible to give new EE profile to SINP now?

I have arranged all the documents for SINP and has been waiting for SINP EE to open since Feb-17. Actually, I want to apply under NOC 2171 or NOC 0213. But now they have removed that NOC from the list. Is there any possibilities that they will add the IT category ( NOC 2171 or NOC 0213) again to the occupation in demand list in near future. Or should I opt for other provinces which are currently accepting the mentioned NOC?
Nobody can say about SINP these NOCs inclusion because it did not happen. Who went, it never came.
Better you think about NS PNP. It is in their High demand list.
Hey Ashuindian, Thanks for the information. I heard about NS PNP but don't have much information about it. When it last opened and is there any chance of opening the NS PNP in the near future? Is there any other province which also has the NOC 2171 or NOC 0213 in their demand list and likely to open the PNP program in next 2-3 months?
Why don't you create an express entry profile now and wait for the Ontario NOI. Ontario is giving NOI to the Information Technology candidates with a CRS as low as 320.
Hey Jigs, thanks for the help. Is it really possible to get Ontario NOI for CRS below 400? As per one Immigration agent, I must have a CRS or 400+ to apply for Ontario PNP. As per their calculation, my CRS score is just around 320-325. If it's really possible to get NOI for Ontario with CRS of 320, I would definitely try it. Do you have any reference link where I can get more information about how to get Ontario NOI with CRS of 320 or 330 and how to apply?
Yes, it is possible. It's a new rule applied last week. Many people got the nomination with a CRS score between 314 to 400. Check this links.
