Hello all, am watching this forum ever since i started my SINP by end of 2015. As of 9-May-2017, CIC sent a letter for RPRF payment and Passport submission before 8-June, which means am almost in the last step of PR. But I have the following issues at this moment and i need the experienced forumers advise.
a) after making the RPRF payment on 10-May itself, am not able to see the receipt upload option in CIC without which submitting the passport is not okay as per the CIC letter. I tried checking with Los Angeles VFS and they said they handle only temporary visas and not PRs. Which is the correct VFS for San Francisco area ?
b) I recently moved to USA (by April) whereas my family is still in India. Hence i raised a case specific enquiry to update my US address in CIC profile but for that too, no response so far. Tried checking with VFS Bangalore and they guided to write to Canada High Commission in New Delhi; Delhi HC too has not responded so far.

How can I proceed now ? Any earlier experience that can be shared ? With only 13 more days to submit the passport, am very concerned and looking for some useful info to plan. Appreciate your time.

A. Send receipt through case specific inquiry repeatedly. They wiil receive it but generally they send very late response. Sometimes don't send. But your work will be done.
B. Read your file transfer mail carefully. Send new address details through case specific inquiry (CSE) to Delhi visa office. You can find link easily for NDVO CSE. Generally they don't send acknowledgement as well.

Don't worry, be happy. Just relax 4-5 months. Nirmal baba ki kripa se 1 saal baad aayenge aapke "ACHCHHE DIN".

hi. my SINP EE application submitted on Feb 14 2017 is in process since last month (April). However, my IELTS expired last April 15, and Federal Express Entry profile is expiring on July 13, 2017. Do you suggest i take IELTS (earliest date is June 24) and renew my Express Entry profile after I get the IELTS results (most probably July 8)?

Just a thought- I saw some Jan, Fab applicant EE profile is 'In Process' stage after some months whereas May 16 applicants EE profile goes 'In Process' after one day. Does this means- May applicants case are processing faster???? Just a thought.

May be May 2017 candidates gets their nomination faster than Jan/Feb 2017 candidates.

There is no guaranteed benefit of "In Process" status everytime.
Many times in such a situation 3-4 months pass.

Go for NS PNP . 2171 is in their list.
Now u can't apply for SINP.

Soon after opening, intake under Category B of the stream was paused. A staff member at the Nova Scotia Office of Immigration, speaking to CICNews, said that this was because the online application system was experiencing technical difficulties, and that it is expected that applications will once again be accepted under this category in due course.
