Thanks for your response , request you to share the logic used to calculate the points .

You are correct as SINP has given me points for 4 years only , but according to my view point it should be for 5 years as my NOC is same for both the employments and there is no gap in between .

1 year 11 months =1 year.simple

OID takes longer time to proceed than compared to EE.you can apply oid now and
when the EE opens next time,you can apply again.

Later,you may be asked to which you opt to choose between those two.good luck
