Hello Seniors

I have 304 Score only and I have applied under SINP Express Entry, I am meeting all the criteria and submitted documents as well . The Status of the application is Application Received.
I have applied under the NOC code which was available there in July intake.
having said that [Score 304] what are the chances of my application being picked by Saskatchewan.

For safer side you can apply under OID also, and would withdraw any one of them, which find you weaker.

Ok i will look for applying to OID as well , Thanks

Also does this really matter if i have a score of 304 as opposed to the other applicants who have a score of 400+. Do SINP give priority to higher scores ?

So after my status went to "in process" on the 15th of August, I got a mail from SINP yesterday to send my POF. Thing is when I submitted my application on July 20, there were a few forms I did not upload including my POF as I didn't wanna miss the cap and as I read that one could send the outstanding documents to them via email.

So exactly a week after submission, which was on July 27th, I sent my outstanding forms in one mail to SINP and then my POF in another mail to them. This was my only choice as the documents were too bulky to send as one attachment.

I noticed that SINP uploaded the outstanding forms I sent to them on the 16th of Aug but I did not see any changes in the section for settlement funds.

Guess they never saw the mail I sent with my POF on July 20 which made them send a mail to me yesterday asking for it again. I responded to their mail yesterday as well and made sure I pointed out to them the fact that I had sent it to them last month. I even used the mail thread in responding to their mail.

So fingers crossed.

However , I still can't seem to understand why they would return an application based on missing document(s), while they request for missing document(s) from other applicants. i read on another SINP thread that someone's application was returned because he missed 3 documents. Guess it depends on the person reviewing the documents or something.

Anyways, good luck to everyone and better luck next time to those whose application was returned.

SINP doesn't consider the applicants based on points. If your job code is in their demand list, then there are chances that your application will be prioritized.

Guys,

Is there any chance that SINP will modify their in-demand occupation list?

Thanks

Thanks.

What about Nova Scotia? When will they open their nomination program under in-demand occupation?

My NOC falls under their list.

Thanks again.

CRS points doesn't matter for PNP as long as you are accepted successfully.
Points which matter are Provincial requirement. For example, in SINP it's 60, if you meet those points and meet other requirements for SINP and are accepted in EE(no matter what are CRS points), you are good.
Each state has separate points like NS has 67 and New Brinswick has 67(I think)

No idea. Have u checked Morden Immigration?

Yes, I checked and I think I qualify for their program. But, it says somethings like below:

Have no other connection to other parts of Canada (i.e. through friends, relatives or previous employment or education)

Well, I do not have any connection like but I have intentions to apply to other PNP programs. I hope it does not hold me back.

Thanks
