Hello Everyone,

Need advice from members with relevant experience. One friend of mine is a partner in an IT company and has been working as Information analyst (2171) along with 2 more partners working on different roles. she want to apply for next intake. Can she show herself as an employee and provide relevant experience letters etc? or show as self employed?

Can anyone help on this?

Best of Luck to everyone.

Regards

Can anyone please reply on my query above? Thanks.

Thanks dear
That would be useful
But the question is;
If you are nominated by SK; the paperwork stuff is done in Toronto airport or SK airport?
Any thing to do after exiting the airport ?
Guy?! Any news pls?

2221 - Biological technologists and technicians
2231 - Civil engineering technologists and technicians
2232 - Mechanical engineering technologists and technicians
2253 - Drafting technologists and technicians

These 4 Nocs seem to be on the priority list. Just check the guys from May EE intake who got nominated. And also consider that SINP is sending nominations to June 2016 OID applicants. OID candidates got there nomination in just 25 days, even faster than May EE intake. And these OID candidates belong to the above 4 NOCs.

Definitely. Your timeline seems very lengthy. They do not generally take that much time. You should call and try to get a feedback.

Hi guys, I have one question. What will happen if you got nominated? They will send you a e-mail? Or you have to log into the system to check by yourself?

I maybe wrong and there are senior members in the forum who can confirm, your job responsibilities should match with the NOC JD and not the job title. It could slightly different e.g. Instead of Software Consultant it can be Software Analyst but the JD should match.

You don't have the option to change NOC. Only one way. Do not Change the designation name. On your Job Experience Certificate. Paste min. 3-4 Job duties/responsibilities of 2171, as per SINP/CIC mentioned. This will hard for you to sign and stamped by the Manager and HR after these changes, but you do that hard work for this. If they don't agree to sign, you can try for Sr. Officer or other Sr. person (only on Company letterhead) Otherwise SINP reject your application immediately. They are very strict about POF and NOC related issues. Here is the link for your NOC :

Rocky, here are some consultants of Sask, you can email them and ask your query, they will suggest you. You can appoint any of them also, 1 & 2 of them are quite reasonable too. First, email them, surely they will reply. Jeric.jmendoza@gmail.com, ravi@pioneerimmigration.com, dirk@iibc.ca, daniel@siecsi.com

Got a reply today from SINP and they have requested for the following documents
1)The documents you provided from ****Bank indicate that you have fixed and/or term deposits. Please provide clear documentation issued by the bank detailing any and all fixed and/or term deposits that you currently have in place. Acceptable documentation must show: ‐ Date of deposit; ‐ Date of maturity; ‐ Deposit amount; ‐ Maturity amount; and must be issued on bank letterhead.

I had sent last 6 months statement having details of my savings bank account and the fixed deposit associated with them. The statement had the start date, maturity date, deposit amount and maturity amount but still they need it in a specific format. Would reach out to my bank for the same.

2) Settlement plan: You are required to complete Citizenship and Immigration Canada’s online settlement planning tool. The Living in Canada tool will help you build a customized settlement plan based on your current situation. Please see the following link to complete the settlement plan http://www.cic.gc.ca/lctvac/english/index.

I had not used the above for the settlement plan. Work for me :)
Any one applying for SINP or have not used the above for settlement plan, please consider using it.

And thanks for the consultants email, that might prove to be handy.

a question i have regarding funds... The deposits which i have are joint deposits with my mother. Would it it any way affect my case?
