I have a query that in step 4 of Nominated -what to do next document following statement is mentioned:

Make any required changes to the forms as indicated in the SINP’s “Submitting your Application for Permanent Residence” email.

whereas I only received Nomination email and did not receive any email with the above mentioned subject from SINP

Kindly guide me in this regard

It has updated recently. And now it is stated smth like "The application intake threshold for the International Skilled Worker – Saskatchewan Express Entry has reached for 2016" for EE stream and "Occupations In-Demand sub-category has accepted the maximum number of applications for 2016" for OID stream.

Not sure this is a good intro for a new intake

^the website just indicates that the threshold intake is closed... for now. Every time they open new slots it will just open without any prior notice. So it doesn't mean that it won't open again this year. Last year it opened about 5 times. This year it opened January and just recently, May. So that means it will again this year, but who knows when? Don't lose hope and just get ready with your documents and application for the next intake. Good Luck!

Actually, nice suggestion, but there's no evidence of that. I wouldn't be so sure, yeah...

^ but you shouldn't get disheartened. Being ready, alert and patient, those are the keys to get PR in Canada, if you don't have these you'll get crazy waiting. If the others did it, why can't you? Make them your inspiration. That's what this forum is about. Good luck!

That would be considered misleading. CIC issued you a UCI number right. If so please say yes or make sure the UCI number is in your profile and attach document showing what happened. In your background declaration form you will be asked and there is a section for an explanation. They know everything that happened but wants to make sure people are honest

Yes, for PR thru FSW 2014 program before the express entry ... it was returned due to quota reached...

Not a problem. Enter that information and explain application was returned due to quota reached. Also include your UCI number. You have no worries.
