Hi,

I would just like to ask what will happen to your profile if you decline an ITA after being nominated by SK? Do you get invited again in the next rounds? I am just asking because I am still waiting for some docs and not sure if I could get it in time. Anybody here who have done this? Thanks.

Declining an Invitation to Apply
If you decline an invitation, you will be put back into the Express Entry pool of candidates (as long as you still meet the minimum criteria) to be considered in future rounds of invitations.

You may have to take steps to be considered again for the pool. For example, if you got additional points for a job offer but the job is no longer available to you, you may need to get another job offer. Or, if you got married or entered into a common-law relationship, you will have to update your Express Entry profile.

There is no guarantee that you will be invited to apply again. But, if you choose to re-enter the pool, declining an invitation will not have a negative effect on whether or not you could be invited to apply later.

If you do not decline an invitation and you do not apply within 60 days, the invitation will expire and you will have to complete and submit a new Express Entry profile and be accepted to the pool again to be considered in future rounds of invitations.

To re-enter the pool, you must complete a new profile and meet the minimum criteria.

You should accept your ITA (and then you have approx 60 days to deliver your docs to CIC), or you should decline it;

in case you accepted an ITA but haven't shown all the necessary docs in the given period of time - I think, ITA will be deemed "ineligible" and you'll have to apply to the provincial program again (i.e., if you're not in-time with your docs to support your current ITA - surely your current ITA shouldn't wait for you).

I guess, the "next round" in this case means "another application to SINP during the next intake", with all the following procedures same to those which preceeded your first ITA.

Seniors, please correct me if I'm mistakening with the algorythm or with the terms (of time).

I submitted my application and got nomination. I have not mentioned anywhere my salary and I did not provide payslip. Dont worry about this issue.

Well, as we have the total rewards statement issued by my brother company and i also have his last 3 pay slips with me, i will send to them.
