Just a question regarding funds conversion.
is there any means of checking when and if my funds have been converted or not or will SINP let me know?

I'm not sure but did you think about other provinces...? They have the similar scale but it has some differences. Though, I tried myself in other two provincial programs but 1 mounth passed and I have no result. There is also New Brunswick and Prince Edward where we can try our NOC4163. Brunswick demands participation in the session with their immigration officers. They were in my country in February and I participated in this session. But as I said I didn't have positive result.
I think the only other way in your case is to get more work experience and try 1-2 years later.

Ill try to find out about any other PNP... or only option is job offer which is really difficult to get

I'm not sure about possibility to get a job offer when we have NOC4163. I don't belive that I can be invited for a job when I'm here. May be if I could win Noble Prize... :) In my opinion, job offer is a good possibility for some software developers and so on. If you'll find an information about other provinces write me. I found that I can be eligible only in 3 provinces now: NB, PE, SA

Hi Expert!

I have found following details on SINP website ......anybody has any idea about it ...as I have seen on CIC website under Temporary work permit that letter from the employer is mandatory to apply for work permit

Temporary Work Permit

After you’ve applied to the SINP and your nomination has been approved and sent to IRCC's Centralized Intake Office, we can provide a letter of support for a Temporary Work Permit. This will allow you and your accompanying family members to move to Saskatchewan. If the permit is approved by IRCC, you’ll be able to start working or preparing your business operations while your permanent resident visa is being processed.

Please visit the Canadian Visa Office website in your Country for current processing times for Temporary Work Permit applications.

How true is this?

Can you post the link?

Cheers.

Hi All,

My 2016 Jan 5 Application went "In Process" Today. I withdrew my Dec application which was "In process" as I was not 100% on my Docs.

This time, I am very much hopeful to get fast Nomination as I am very confident about POF, Application Doc and forms

Finger crossed! I wish for other friends to get good news on their application

Cheers

Sometimes SINP ask for fund proof again to verify whether applicant is maintaining the fund, sometimes they just convert and nominate.

Hi Seniors,

I got a mail today from SINP for below missing documents.

1. Ethical conduct and declaration form

- I did not take any help from any agency to fill my form. Shall i just need to tick "I declare that I have completed my SINP application on my own with no paid/unpaid assistance from anybody/organization and I have not appointed a representative to conduct business on my behalf with the SINP" and sign?

2. Settlement plan

- Found settlement tool at CIC (http://www.cic.gc.ca/lctvac/english/). Shall i fill it up and send back to SINP?

They asked me to revert back in 46 days. I want to get back my today. Please suggest seniors...

Thanks

Application Received: 5th JAN
In Process: 14th APR
Additional Document Requested: 28 APR

To see whether your funds have been converted by SINP officer or not ...... just click on View submitted Application icon on your OASIS SINP online's Home screen then go to settlement fund tab on left pannel. Here you can see the date of conversion and the amount converted. If it is same as u entered by yourself means ur funds do not converted yet by SINP office .

Hope this helps

@batoolkhan. Thank you that helps a lot. will check it out.
