My application went in process on 11th april. In the settlement funds tab, each and every field has been updated on the same day except the date of conversion. Does it mean a decision on my application is on the way or still a long way to go?

Hello,
Do we need to send Marksheets, Transcripts & WES for both or for principal applicant only?
My birth certificate issue is the date of March 2016 (got it after much of efforts), will it be okay? Also My wife doesn't have the Birth certificate, I will be uploading the Affidavit, do we have any specific format for that?
And If I upload everything today, with funds as on today, will they consider it when it opens, say in June or so?
Inputs are highly appreciated.
