Hi seniors and One_Topsy
I am going to apply eAPR by today. I need your advise. My bank letter and work exp letter were issued on Feb,22 2016. Do I need to take the fresh ones or that is ok ? If I get fresh one it will take me 1-2 days.

PCC issued in Feb,Med issued in Jan. PP also expiry in next year mid. So all these seems ok.
You are good to go with online submission of your documents. All the best.

In the eAPR, you should have a personalized checklist. It is best to go along with that. Anyone can advise you here (and yes, your documents look complete) but the checklist will tell you if there is anything missing.
However, ensure your friend gets the right PCC as many have been rejected for that.

Ok i will keep a note of the checklist, i will tell him, as i have never used this new system so i am not aware of where this checklist will be, i will ask him to check for it and submit things accordingly.

Thank you very much for clarifying things.

And yes, my friend also got rejected because of PCC he didn't have before for his home country but now he has all documents and ready to upload them all.

Hi,

I am residing in a GCC country where my father name is also part of my name on resident card (actually appended after my name). It is not an exception but a standard practice here in this country. I have submitted bank statement that has the same name and although i got provincial nomination with this name on bank statement but worried about CIC.

Hi guys,

Should I sign the first part 'Part A' in the ethical declaration or I should complete Part B?

I have no representative

Thanks

There are some people who have report that their status has been changed "In Process" for Jan 2nd 2016 Applications.
I think from March 1st week, they will be processing the EE January 2016 as they have cleared most of
Nov 15 and Dec 15 EE applications.

Good Luck!!
Thank you, looking forward to status update, good luck all applicants!!

2016 intake opened on 4th jan 2016 not on 2nd jan 2016.

I have submitted the application on 4th jan 2016 immediately after SINP opened , my file status is still " Application received ".

Hi,

Yesterday i tried calling SINP several times but everytime i got to hear a automated response " leave a message and we will get back to you ".

I recorded my query along with my file number and cantact details and now waiting for their call .

@Seniors : Please confirm if its the normal way of contacting them or i am missing something ?

hello guys i just would like to ask if we are eligible to apply even if we don't have these 5 categories:
Existing Work Permit;
Health Professionals;
Hospitality Sector Pilot Project;
Long Haul Truck Drivers; and
Students

but we are included in the demand occupation list. Can we even apply if we don't have the existing work permit?

Hi ,

Yes you can apply , SINP keeps releasing Quota for occupation in demand list and Express entry.

you need to prepare your application in advance and submit the same when SINP opens .

You can keep a track using below link .

Hey One_Topsy, I've a query. I got SINP nomination today. Currently, I'm having an active EE profile (with 67 FSW points), but on 8th March, I will have only 66 points due to my Birth day. So, I guess my EE profile would become in-eligible due to that on 8th March. Next CIC draw will be probably on 9th March or later. Please suggest what should I do? Would I get any extra FSW points in my profile due to province nomination?

Unfortunately not, here is the FSW score tables:

I really don't know what would happen in the EE system after March 8th in your account..

Thanks Rksingh30. Pls when did your application turns into process?
