Hi,

I applied for SINP on 18th Dec 2015, still waiting for the results. Meanwhile, I got promoted in my organization and the roles and responsibilities have been widened geographically. Should I inform SINP authorities about this ? Or is it not required? Do I have to make another Reference letter for my new role?

Like I said, this requirement is for hard copy photo to accompany your passport to CIC.
If you check digital photo here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/perm/express/intake-complete.asp
It takes you to the same link.
What you can do is have the photo is 50mmX70mm, and upload that along with your eAPR.

If you click the help icon then you will find "Frame Size:
The final frame size of the photo must be at least 35mm x 45mm.

The photographs must show a full front view of the head and tops of shoulders, with the face in the middle of the photograph.

The size of the head, from chin to crown, must be between 31mm and 36mm.

Digital dimensions are
often expressed in pixels or DPI (dots per inch). The physical dimensions in
pixels must be at least 420 x 540.

Quality/resolution:
If an existing photo is being scanned, the minimum resolution must be 600 pixels per inch.

File Format:
The file may be submitted in JPEG or JPEG2000 format.
The final size of the image should ideally be 240 kB (kilobytes), but not less than 60 kB.

The image must be in
colour (24 bits per pixel) in RGB colour space, which is the common output for
most digital cameras."

So, digital photo size should be 420 x 540. Hope this now clear!

It's absolutely fine. Not everyone has their medicals passed immediately. Also, don't compare your TL with everyone else on the forum.
It is just to give you a general idea.
If there is a problem CIC will let you know

You don't need to inform CIC. The information you submitted is accurate as at then

Hi Topsy, Should I update my new designation in CIC portal?

I don't understand what you mean?

Just base your profile on what you already submitted. E.g. if you claimed work experience for 3 years (June 2012 - June 2015) whatever happens after June 2015 in your job doesn't really matter. (except in personal history section of eAPR ehich does not affect points)

Thanks Topsy, I thought I need to keep SINP and CIC updated with my employment history.

Hi from your timeline we can see you paid the RPRF paid | CSE on 26.12.15. Did they asked to pay and why you write CSE? Could you please make me clear! Sorry for my ignorance! :-|

Take a look at point assessement grid in the guide and check if you meet the requirements, calculate your points as it is described in the guide. No one here can tell you if you are eligible, since only you know all the details of your background.
You need to have at least 60 points to be eligeble, beside the other requirements. Follow the guide, complete all the documents from the checklist, be prepared and there is no reason to be returned if you meet the requirement and prepare application without mistake and missing documents.

They didn't ask for it. I couldn't pay it with application fee because of card limit.
So I paid a couple of days later and sent the receipt vis CSE.
On 11JAN i got email that receipt had been added to my file

Sinp placed my application into 2nd review, without me even asking for it.

Maybe they changed their minds and will nominate me afterwall?

Lol, who knows!
