In "Pre-Application and Applicant Details" section of your application you have a question like if you have express entry profile number. There you need to select no for OID and yes for EE.

I am in same situation. What you will do is renew the term deposit for another term (3, 6 months or 1 year) and combine the prior document with the most recent and send the update or upload it. The prior term deposit statement will show you met the three months prior requirement and the new one will show the money is still present at all times during the immigration process.

Hi Topsy,

I need urgent help.....

I got my SINP nomination on 24th December thru express entry.....
and i accepted the nomination on MY CIC account also ......
Now on 25th Dec i got a message on my CIC that my profile is ineligible....
I suppose this is because of my ielts results which expired on 14 Dec 2015.

Now i want to update my new ielts on the same profile but not able to do ....

Since my nomination is connected to that profile i am not able to make the profile eligible.....

I created a new profile and informed SINP and got reply from them that i need to fill revision of nomination form. I filled the same and sent to them 6 days ago. but still no reply from them......

Just worried what will happen....how much time they will take.....

Plzz suggest.

Hi all,
I'm new to this forum and have been fortunate to receive SINP nomination as well as ITA in Dec 2015. Now I am preparing my e-APR now and have a few questions:

1. I have over 10 years of experience in the same organization in 3 different countries - approx 3.5 years in each country - and I have chosen NOC 2173 against each experience.
I got SINP nomination on the basis of all these work experiences. Though I am confident that the job responsibilities in my experience letters of the first two jobs closely match with the NOC description, for the 3rd one, I am a bit shaky because my HR department could only write my exact job duties and instead provided me a standard job description, which is definitely not a true reflection of what I exactly do. My question is that if my first two experiences qualify for the chosen NOC and give me enough points in the FSW grid (and CRS only requires 3 years plus for max score), is it important that my third (also the current) experience also matches with the NOC description of 2173?

2. SINP has already validated all my experiences so is there a chance of CIC rejecting my application just because my recent experience letter is not close the NOC description?

3. Is it advisable to remove my recent experience from work history and only keep it in the personal history? This however, will not be inline with what I have provided to SINP.

Thanks in advance!

You're on the right track bro. I filled revision of nomination form for my spouse new passport. Took them 5 working days to send the new Nomination Certificate.
Considering yours is a new EE profile, give them a couple more days, you should hear back from them

1. No, 7 years is more than enough
2. It's unlikely but not impossible. If you're confident about the first 2, you have nothing to worry about.
3. I would say keep it the same as you have sent to SINP. Although it shouldn't really make a difference.

Hi One Topsy

I have a question for you , the SINP-EE category has capped out within just 2 days , so how can we get a newly issued bank statement at the time of application without sacrificing our chance to submit an application before the quota ha been filled ?
Is it possible to use e-statement for the last 3 months ?

Thank you

Sorry, I don't think you can't use the e-statement. It has to be stamped by bank (or the official doc from them). In my case it took me 1 hour to walk into my bank and get a statement. Scanned uploaded and submitted the same day.
I guess the only thing you can do is just prepare all the docs and once the cap opens you get the statement and submit.

Really, without bank stamp etc? And they didn't ask for additional information?

Thank you so much. In the application guide they have not mentioned any details and as far as I know there is no requirement for bank stamp.
