Yes, but you won't be able to use the previous work experience as it may not count.
Also, note the changes in your EE profile and ensure it matches what you're declaring to SINP.

I need a clarification. I have created a FD for 2k and its not 3 months old. Shall I show it as gift deed from my father? If yes, will SINP consider this as POF although its not 3 months old.

OID takes long. Once SINP EE reopens make sure you apply since you already have EE profile.
When they get your application, they will ask you to withdraw one. Withdraw OID

POF needs to be minimum of 3 months for SINP otherwise they will not accept. Even if you get gift deed, best bet is to wait till the 3rd month then use it

In review of the SINP NOC 2221 Biological technologists and technicians I think I may qualify for this one. I have a two year experience from 05/01/2009 to 12/07/2011 as a medical laboratory technologist and I handled specimens of human and animal origins. Will this qualify with my master's in public health for this NOC? if you can inbox me your email. I can send you what I have for a precise advisory. I will really appreciate.

When you were creating the new EE profile, did you select that you had PN? I imagine that should have populated your extra 600 points without you contacting SINP

I did select the same. but in the Nomination recieved Area its shown waiting / Pending.
So its only when the SINP team re-transfers the PN, only then I shall get the 600 pointer boost.

would like to know what is the approximate time taken by the SINP team to transfer the PN.

Can't say. Haven't had experience on this before.
But it should come as long as you have entered the details correctly.
Even job bank registration shows pending for a while.

Yes it is on the SINP list. I can try to get new experience letters from the employer to match the duties in the description. Although I submitted the medical laboratory technologists experience letter with my prior application which was not in demand list. I can resubmit it with the new title right? My first degree is in Physiology and I have a diploma as well in computer science.

Yes but on NSNP application you will be asked if any application for other PNP is pending and you must answer yes.

Would you suggest to wait until 3 months and then apply for SINP instead of submitting in Jan 2016?
