What NOC have you applied under?
Did you submit the experience letters and was it full time employent for at least 1 year?
I'd personally just advise you to gather the right docs and apply again when they reopen

NOC 6221 Technical sales specialists – wholesale trade. I submitted an experience letter with at least 1 year of full time employment. Does my degree matter. My highest degree is master;s in Public Health but I worked for one year doing sales.

Thanks. How did you cure your ineligibility. I have the one year experience letter related to NOC 6221. However my highest education qualification is master's in Public Health obtained in Scotland. What do you suggest?

I went back to my employer to fix my reference letter, to match your NOC catch words and check if its having the right duration.... Also check if your education qualifies for this NOC..

Thanks SMani. How do you check the education. You can inbox me your email and I can send you what I have for a quick review and tell me how I can rework it.

A university degree or college diploma in a program related to the product or service is usually required.

Hmm, wierd. It says you don't have work experience related to your education/training. What's your occupation exactly? Your job title?
I think you might be better off choosing another NOC. If you look at NOC 6221 is pecifically says
"A university degree or college diploma in a program related to the product or service is usually required." And it lists things like engineering sales etc.
Whereas, if you look at NOC 6411, it doesn't require your education to be linked to the job.
Even if you reapply and get the POF right, that NOC might be a problem. Perhaps your best bet is another NOC

So will sales in a pharmaceutical company qualify with a Master's in Public Health?

Are you not the dude that has one EE profile, and his spouse another that applied to OINP?
You have just 30 days to accept SINP nomination in your EE profile. I'd say accept the Nomination, then when you get ITA you can safely decline until you decide what to do.
If you then get Ontario nomination in your wife profile, you can accept. by then you should have made up your mind which province you want to go to
@One_Topsy
Dude, that's me. Good advice, that's exactly what I have planned. Now the wait begins, again.

My job title is direct sales executive. I sold POS systems and provided troubleshooting support to customers and also serviced the accounts. However my degree is in Public Health. If I have a recent 1 year experience in medical instruments sales and the Public health degree that will work right?

I applied to SINP EE. It is currently faster than any other stream. SINP EE gives you 600 pts in your EE profile. With SINP OID, your application to CIC is paper based

Hi All,

I have got SK PN with validity till May 2016. Basis that I got an ITA. however, due to incorrect PCC, my appliation was rejected. hence I created new profile and have written to the SINP to get my PN transferred to the new profile.

Has anybody tranferred PN like this to new EE Profile & what is the approximate time for the SINP to do this. Now being vacation / holiday time, hope they revert as soon as they are back.

Regards,
Mumbai5

What does WES say about your Masters.. Find if you have any NOC which is specified for your Masters..

Ex.. I have a degree in business administration and My NOC is 2171 and it requires a Degree in Computers, "Business Administration"..

When you were creating the new EE profile, did you select that you had PN? I imagine that should have populated your extra 600 points without you contacting SINP

Thanks Topsy you are very helpful and blessings because your a generous and kind hearted guy. The most recent employment was not listed in my previous application because it was less than a year. Is it fine if I use that and list it now?
