But as per the 23rd page of application guide, 2173 requires a mandatory licensure.

Not sure may be they will return during verification after I submit the documents

Hello Gents, Kindly advise if I should go ahead and apply for this Dec 16th EE Sub-Category when I already have an active application with status IN PROCESS on the same EE Category.

No unless you made a serious mistake and want to rectify in this application
It's nothing but wasting your energy and a slot for a poor guy.....

Hello guys
My status changed to in process
Is this good, bad or neutral news?
Does this mean that ny application is fine and they will review documents(because I forgot to create settlement tab)?

That's good news. It means they have begun to work on your application. If you need to forward information to the SINP, please email and attach scanned documents to: immigration.documents@gov.sk.ca
ASAP.

Sounds good
Does it mean it will not be returned? Or at least it is complete and they're checking the documents?
How long does this status last?

Since your file is in process, they are working on your application. If you submitted All the documents required and should they require additional information, they will contact you...otherwise they will nominate you soon.

Hey guys,

Do you know if applicants that received nomination through provincial programs have been processed faster than others through the federal process? I am asking that because my application has been processed by SK and I have been wondering my timeline from the beginning until the VISA on my passport.

Thank you so much guys! ;)

You should have submitted this with you application?
I emailed them 2 weeks ago.
but this is it? shouldn't we write a letter by ourselves and explain what will be our plan to settle.
you know I've heard the other provinces need a letter which is written by the applicant and explanation why they choose this province to live?! and thats why I got worried maybe I did something worng...
so we must just follow the instructions trough the link you gave and send the generated plan to them? that's it?
thanks Topsy

I applied with the help of a consultant, and when I sent them my generated letter, they said that will not be sufficient, and it has to be personalised based on how I plan to settle in the province.

However, I see that a lot of the nominees had submitted just the generated plan, and can't find anyone who had made a personalised settlement plan.

Either case, people are getting the nominations. It appears to me that the province just wants you to be aware about the various challenges for newcomers and that people are not just applying to get the nomination.

I have not used or sent this link
What is this link for and when should I email it ?

One of the requirements for SINP application is to submit a settlement plan. Her is the link for generating a custom plan. http://www.cic.gc.ca/lctvac/english/index.

Use this to generate the plan. At th eend there is an option to print / email the plan. Use this to print or email it to yourself, and then scan and upload it as part of your application. If you have already submitted your application then email it to immigration.documents@gov.sk.ca with details of your application.
