You don't need any format. When you complete the steps they should have sent the settlement plan to you by email.
Save it and then attach it to an email you send to SINP.
Just say please find attached the settlement plan for my application.
Quote your application number in the subject of the email

I have sent it. Now waiting for nomination. :)

Thanks for your great help.

Hi All SINP Nominated applicants. Congratulations and best wishes!

I have recently applied for SINP under Express Entry Sub Category on December 5th 2015. But my final application status is Application Returned due to missing Saskatchewan Licensure under NOC 2173. Out of my 6+ years of experience, recent 2+ years of experience comes under NOC 2174 which does not need Licensure as per application guide.
I have sent a mail to Saskatchewan immigration email id, but i have not get any reply from them. Also i am loosing hopes that they will reply.
Someone please advise, if i can wait till January 2016 and apply again under NOC 2174 ? If so, should i recreate a new application or modify the existing application ?

Hi,

I am facing problem mentioned my education year in different forms. Please suggest.

My Education: B.Sc (Hons.) 4 years and MBA (2 yrs course but completed on part-time basis and took 6 years 8months)

WES Report : Two Bachelor Degrees (4 years)

Now I am confused mentioning my Education year. For Example,

Generic Application Form: Number of years in education in total
What should be the answer? 18 as schooling year or 20 as WES equivalence?

Schedule A: Background/Declaration: Give the number of years of school you successfully completed for each of the following levels of education.
What should be the answer? 18 as schooling year or 20 as WES equivalence?

I believe all answer should have synergy!

Sorry mate.
If your application is returned, likely they will close the file. If they want to continue, they should have asked you to provide additional docs.
Your best bet is reapplying when they open in January.
As for the NOC, better to go with the one that doesn't require licensing. Also, If they are similar, you might be able to use one experience letter for the 6 years even though you have different job roles. I don't know the 2 NOC's very well, but i imagine it has to do with programming/software development etc.
It's probably best to create a new OASIS account.
Good luck

You are lucky enough dude :)

But as per the 23rd page of application guide, 2173 requires a mandatory licensure.
