IN IMM008 Generic application form, if we mention "Current Occupation" and "Intended Occupation" fields for spouse, then do we need to submit HR reference letter for her also?
No.

Hi Guys,
I've nominated yesterday and accepted their nomination in CIC but no points added for PNP yet. Any idea why? How long it takes? Isn't this automated?

Thanks,
Musa
It takes a while sometimes. Probably something to do with CIC/the province, but it will come

I have a question.... at the time of apply should we attach the birth certificate and transcript of spouse and police certificate for both applicant and spouse?
bec I couldn't find a place to upload the mentioned documents...
For SINP, birth certificate i think yes...Transcript and PCC not required for spouse.

Thats incorrect, if his spoue is a non-accompanying applicant and she does her medicals n submits herpcc, he can sponsor her .

If CIC requests PCC n Medical for spouse and bur spouse denies to submit, then his application can be ineligible/rejected ,

but if at all his PR is approved without her spose medical n pcc, then he can never sponsor her

there is a difference between dependants and spouse when it comes to IRPA , dont get confused
OK, but that's a wierd one. I am married and I had this discussion several times as I was loosing points due to adding my spouse and wanted to declare her as non accompanying.
Bottom line is you have to have a very valid reason to declare that your spouse is not accompanying you (as OP has been requested to state). Something like you're in the middle of a divorce, or separation or spouse in jail or facing criminal charges etc. Something serious.
It will be difficult for you to turn around in a month after accepting PR then say your spouse is now coming to meet you in Canada and you want to sponsor them.
CIC know that every married person will go this route to get more points in EE. Even 'if' it is possible, I wouldn't advise it.

Thanks a lot for your detailed answer.
I will try to request them for the change.

Can you please reveal in how many months should one land in canadar after getting the PR?
There will be a date on your PR visa by which you have to land. From my understanding it's 1 year from the date of your medical exam. You can land first, then your spouse follows later, as long as you're both in before the date on your visa's

Thanks for your response. I wish if they added the points asap because my EE profile will expire on Jan 15 and most prbably they will have another draw this year.

I've applied on Nov 5, 2015.
Nominated on Dec 14.
NOC 2174
They didn't ask me for any document.

Btw, I've sent my application on Nova Scotia on August. Can anybody tell me how to withdraw that application?

Thanks
Musa

It went "In Process" about 6/7 December.

Okay, Thanks for sharing the info.
Did they ask for any documents or did you email them any of the documents (in case you missed any, like I did)?
