SINP :- International Skilled Worker - Express Entry Sub-Category, Network Here

I applied yesterday for SINP.
My spouse's signature on docuements submitted is not same as that on her passport copy submitted.
Will it cause any issue? Can I do anything now to rectify it.....Someone please clarify

Looks like June applicants are tagged a low priority now as November stream entries are driven to pretty fast decisions leaving June applicants in turmoil.

Mine has been in "In Process" since 27-Oct and applied on July 29th.

I am trying to apply for the SINP International skilled worker Express Entry as it is Open, however i am unable to answer this mandatory question about work experience. I am a Human Resources professional, NOC A, and have sufficient work experience, but 1121, the Noc A is not listed, under I Have experience in at OASIS.

On SINP's website, it states for International skilled worker express entry, you can have experience in any NOC O, A or B, but why is my occupation note listed under the having work experience in.

On the website it states, SINP has opened up slots for International skilled worker- Express entry, but this seems like it has been opened up for occupations in demand list. Is it?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Hospital has stated that they wilk allow my pregnant wife for medical test by providing protective shield for the x ray.
But. In urine and blood tge report would state about the pregnancy.
Do u think canada immigration will have any issue for that?

I would not give much thought to that because one can change his/her signature. I would assume it is an e-passport where you would have to use stylus pen to sign. How old is the passport? What I think should matter is that, her signature is the same on all the forms she completed for SINP

Yes its the same on all the forms.
Passport is 8 years old.....

In that case, i think you are fine. 8 years is more than long enough for someone having a different signature. Just ensure that the current signature is consistent throughout your immigration process. Good luck .

I filled my SINP PNP application on 2nd Nov and it is IN PROCESS status now. I had missed attaching some documents, that is, Ethical Disclosure, Settlement Plan and Settlement Funds and sent them by mail. I saw that the Ethical Disclosure form is added by the case officer to the relevant tab.

However, I had completely missed adding the Settlement Funds section in the OASIS application, which totals upto 10+ tabs. I did send the Bank statement and other POF letters by the same mail as above and have written a Letter of Explanation too. I know that the mail is processed because I see the Ethical Disclosure doc added.

Is there a chance that the officers will reject/return my application because of not filling settlement funds tabs? Will they fill it by themselves?

Since there are no points given for funds, and since my statements are already sent, and since they anyway ask for a fresh POF near to the nomination date, is there any slender chance that this mistake will be ignored?

Select NO if you dont have any work permit for Canada.

I realized only now this is pertaining to a work permit in Canada but out of rush I wrongly created a work permit tab and filled in me and my husband's work permit here in my country. Will this cause rejection for me? I have attached a scan too, stupid me!

There shouldn't be any issue. Anyone can get pregnant anytime, even CIC staff
The only thing is, if your baby is born before you get COPR/LAND you need to declare.

I haven't seen this situation before, but considering that they have uploaded the ethical disclosure form it means they've seen ALL the docs you sent.
The best you can do now is wait, and hope it comes out well. I'm sure it should be fine.
Besides, if they are gonna return your application, they do it fairly quickly, so if it's still in process that's a good sign
