Hi,

I have few questions, if someone can help:

1) For SINP on demand category, what needs to be filled in '#2-Category Under which you are applying' in IMM0008? It should be 'Skilled Worker' or 'Provincial Nominee'? Please confirm.

==> Provincial Nominee --> next box below select SK (sk = saskacthewan) and you need to select the city, I had selected Regina in my case.

2) I have few forms completed and scanned in starting of this year when I was planning to apply for Express Entry, can I upload these forms where ever applicable? Is there any issue if forms are signed on past dates?

==> Some Yes & Some No bcoz of dates/Signatures, Some pdf's were locked for me to I couldn't event print them correctly.

You'll definately need to fill the Generic form again bcoz the barcodes will change.

3) I am not getting any place to upload Settlement funds document except in Schedule: 4? Please confirm if I am missing anything.

===> Its on the next page, once you complete all the 14 steps on Oasis and then once the next screen after submission you'll get the options to upload federal forms and settlement funds.

Any comments in this matter would be really helpful.

I applied in SINP EE on 11th jun under NOC 0711 (Construction Manager) this profession in non-regulated. On 1st Sep 2015 I received additional document request ( latest proof of settlement funds) which was provided. But now on 21st Sep 2015 I received additional document request again saying "Your education and occupation (Civil Engineer) are related to a profession in Saskatchewan which requires mandatory (compulsory) certification or licensing. Proof of eligibility for Saskatchewan licensure from the regulatory body is required as part of the SINP application. Please provide proof of eligibility for Saskatchewan licensure from the regulatory body". Civil Engineer (NOC 2131) is regulated profession but I have applied as Construction Manager (NOC 0711) which is non-regulated profession. Should I try to get proof of eligibility or ask them to assess my application as Construction manager.

It is really funny, maybe you can explain and re-emphasize this issue to them by an email; If you applied for regulated occupation you should have license, not now as you applied for non-regulate NOC.

Hi Friends;

I got my ITA, not from from SINP as it's still "application received" but from my EE profile after one year of Canadian work experience. I have been reading forums of people after ITA and I realized a sad fact, even after you are nominated, the CIC officer can reject you as piece of cake. There are some reasons that I found so far:

-Not having or not a valid police certificate

-Bank statement not stamped

-Foreign degree not ECA for which points were claimed, or the copy of translated degree not uploaded

-Pass copy not uploaded

-Employment letter duties do not match to the NOC ones

and the list goes on...

Just wanted to inform you guys who are nominated or received ITA, or will be receiving, be extra cautious with submitting your documents to CIC.

Hope this helps

Does your duties apply more to noc 2131? maybe that could be the reason... that your duties were more of a civil engineer rather than a construction manager.

I think your education is Civil Engineer, this is why this considered you so.

Hello Dear Experts,
Today I got an application returned letter from SINP. stating following documents are missing.

Is it possible to send the documents for secondary review or should I reapply with new stream. Thanks

Dear Mr. Shuaib:
Following a careful review of your application and supporting materials we are unable to consider
you under the SINP Express Entry Category. Assessments under this program are limited to those
who have provided a complete application and met all the required qualifications. Please refer to the
attached document for a list of missing documents.
We encourage you to reapply once you have gathered the necessary forms and documents. You can
find more information for the SINP

I got a reply from SINP yesterday regarding two applications EE stream and in-demand stream. Here it is "You may not have two applications in process at the same time. If you wish to withdraw your Express Entry application to apply to Occupations in Demand, please let us know via email."

It means you can withdraw your application from SINP....
Great news

I did not have separate option to upload english/french before submit.
So, I placed in some application folder, I guess.
I also sent it as missing document.
I had code of conduct form option to upload.

Overall, I feel there is lot of uncertainty with Canada immigration because CIC is also rejecting applications for many reasons.
Relying completely on CANADA immigration is not a wise idea.

It can be the only reason, as they should evaluate duties with NOC which applicant applied for, not education.

Hi. It's really strange how SINP officials process the applications. You have the opportunity to reapply now with the On-demand scheme but do your best to upload all your documents properly this time so nobody will have a reason to turn it down again. All the best.
