In this excel sheet,

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1FwilYOq4h_L96DHtvJ4hD6BX0GPRMhTrgMe78jjV3LI/edit#gid=103042255

Application submission date has been mentioned as,

7/17/2015 (user: CAN2014FSWP)
7/5/2015 (user: irfan_ul_haque).

These applications are in the Nominated stage.

Is this correct submission date information?

If one sorts by date, then the bottom list will have Application Received status.

As pie chart says, (100-57.7)% applications are processed in past 3 months, which looks good to me.

I guess, a draw per 2 week by CIC, drives the provinces to process applications faster, under Express Entry.

hi friends

Stay CALM and RELAX for next shinny week.

Don't worry..stay calm...it may take some time.

change,

i presume you re right when you concluded that sinp nomination is based on NOC but from my view , i think sinp
do use NOC and some other factor as a benchmark.

my submission is that sinp uses :
* noc
*date of submission per noc
*work experience of the each noc per job group.
*degree of completed apps.

if you study the spreadsheet, u will see that in each noc, date of submission is being mostly used to progress to application in process stage while few that are otherwise would had been based on wealth of experience of each applicant per noc.. For instance, if u check you noc 2241, the application follow date of receive per applicant before it goes to in process...
