HI friends

I have applied for SINP EXPRESS ENTRY on 09th of June and my status of application is "waiting on applicant". I have received e-mail from SINP officials and they required following:-
1. Saving account no xxxxx , statements are not photocopied
2. Send your settlement plan.

Guide me what to do.

For settlement plan - u need to generate answer the questionnaire step by step as mentioned under Application Guide ( page 11 - living in Canada) and then need to send it out to ur email id. This email attachment you need to scan and send out to SINP ( document email id )

For Saving account - you need to give detail statement of your account for last 3 months to prove that you have enough money as needed for POF.

Thank you GUys. Now waiting for the next ITA draw.

In my application they have updated my IELTS score ....as it was sent by me without any additional requirement request....my older score was overall 6.0 ..and new one is overall 6.5 ....now system shows new updated score.......so they are working on my app ....hurrey

Please guys I need your help.

I just want to know if I can still apply to the SINP as International skilled worker. I've already created an Express Entry profile with CIC and I knew that SINP ISW has already met its quota for 2015.
What happens if I upload my application to the SINP ISW even though they are closed. I have all my documents ready and scanned just need to be uploaded.
I hope any of you guys can provide me some help on that.

Thanks in advance. my best wishes for all of you

Additional Information Required
Criteria Description
Proof of
Saskatchewan
Licensure
According to SINP criteria, if your work experience is in a
regulated profession or compulsory apprenticeship trade, you
will be required to obtain the appropriate Saskatchewan
licensure to be able to work in that profession before you
apply. Please provide proof of eligibility for Saskatchewan
licensure from the applicable regulatory body.
Please note, even though you applied under a NOC that does
not require licensing, some of your work experience does fall
under a regulated occupation (accounting).Since this work
experience is needed for you to make the points criteria for
this category, licensing is required.
Response
Thank you for your interest in my application.
With reference to your request for additional information on my application to you.
I hereby provide this answer for your kind consideration.
My intended NOC is 4163 Business Development Officer. That is the Profession area I am currently working now and that is where I will like to practice in Saskatchewan
Though I have experience in Accounting, I do not intend to work in the occupation in Saskatchewan.
In my opinion this past experience will be retrospective for collection of license in Saskatchewan.
I will like to appeal for a Kind consideration of waiver of this requirement for my past experiences in this regulated NOC.
However, getting license outside Canada from my country seems impossible.
Kindly consider my keen interest to advance my career in your province.
Thank you.

guys,

i just got my SINP status changed to "Waiting On Applicant" and they require me to sign page two of the "Ethical Conduct Disclosure and Declaration" form. this is under "SECTION: A ETHICAL CONDUCT DISCLOSURE" which indicates that:

"Foreign nationals must read and sign this Ethical Conduct Disclosure if they are:
assisted by anyone with their immigration application; and/or
recruited by a foreign worker recruiter for a Saskatchewan employer. "

So this should not be applicable to me as I was not using any representative or recruited by anyone.

seniors, please confirm if i need to sign this portion of the form? appreciate all the help.

Yes, you should sign the form. Section B has three(3) questions where you are to mark only one(1) of them and sign what applies to you.

Hi mapleback, but i was referring to Section A. could you please clarify?

Section A requires that you sign that "(you)I have read and understand the protections for foreign nationals described above." That's what you're signing to.

Hi Mrella. I think your reply is good enough as it comes in form of an appeal. The SASK official is holding on to the fact that you are taking some points based on a different NOC (Accounting). You can only hope for a favourable reply. Wish you the best.
