I don't see any harm on not updating SINP about this as there is no risk getting reject based on those reasons. Many people on forum got request to provide bank statement for last three month. If you come across similar request and account does not show salary after you left(considering you have submitted bank statement where your salary lands) then, you can easily justify it.

Does that included IMM5786 form which has EE profile Number and Job Bank Code??

Docs which were asked for:
1. Birth doc & passport copy for my spouse
2. POF current bank statements of last 3 months
3. Code of Conduct signed & dated on page 2

Has anyone had requests for different missing docs at different times. e.g. first request for Proof of Funds and than on a second occasion a request for Code of Conduct doc. I am wondering if they review all the docs initially and request the missing doc or are they only checking certain docs at each stage?

Yes u have to select Economic and Provincial Nominee while filling generic application form. Take care of this.

I have recieved missing doc mail on 24th Aug and sent all doc same day. Today my status has been changed from Waiting on Applicant to INPROCESS.
