Hello "Pat" from Nigeria(if you are reading these replies)
Can you confirm that your NOC is 2211 and that your status is currently "In Process"... I share same NOC so I am interested to know. I could not find you forum ID for inbox message.
Hello "Sunil". Yes my NOC is 2211. I applied on the 15th of June 2015 and on the 22nd of June 2015 my status changes from Application received to in-process.

Hi
My application returned saying missing documents.
Birth certificates of mine and spouse.

I did nt know why don't they request ID anything missing.
I m sure I sent them but not sure where I ve uploaded.

Any idea if I send them now do they consider ??

I have a question about settlement funds:

Do they accept real estate estimation report as proof of funds? Applicants are supposed to own necessary amount of funds unencumbered by debts or obligations (i.e. mortgage in case of real estate) and show this to immigration officers. At the time of application, I provided real estate estimation report of my apartment along with the proof of ownership (gift contract in my case).

How do you think whether this will be enough for them?

This is indeed very odd.
Aside the missing documents, did you maintain the 3 months bank statement and does your NOC require a license?

When you say your "application returned", are you you saying your status changed to "Application returned" or is it a message in your OASIS under Notifications?

They will not be satisfied with it. The guideline says

Only the following funds will be accepted: checking accounts, savings accounts,

GICs, Mutual Funds, RRSPs, TFSAs, term deposits and time deposits.

I got correspondence. And same time email as well saying application returned.

I never saw my application in process status.
I will send the missing docs and email them with request.

Let see...

OKA are you applying under student category or what?

By the data in the spreadsheet we are due to see some nominations due to the number of the days these applications are in process. Hopefully some members will begin to report the good news in the coming week....

There are applicants who already sent missing documents upon communication from SINP.

SINP informing that documents are missing has more meaning, that one has to find(if requried).

NO.

When did you submit your application? did you ever see it "in process"? also...does it say anywhere in your account "waiting for applicant"? (I believe this last statement is what shows when SINP expects an applicant to send missing documents)

Yes I know, but unfortunately I don't have enough money in cash. And moreover, even if I had them, I would not be able to open a bank account with this sum, because this can be considered as a fraud. I mean it would look like that I lent this money from someone else.
I didn't ask about rules in application guide, I rather asked if someone in this forum applied to SINP with proof of settlement funds other than bank account. Or may be someone applied to previous SINP (2014, 2013, etc.) with proof of settlement funds other than bank account.
