I just drop the email yesterday to SINP immigration people asking about my application status....they replied it will be processed in order which they received......I think currently they are on day one .....

After looking this report published by CIC, i think for this year there is no chance for ITA to whom having CRC points less than 400 ....applicant must have Job offer or any state nomination for getting ITA this year.
