I think SINP has enough quota.
If documentation is correct, then one should get the nomination/ineligibility news in a month.
Because application submission process is very robust compared to other provinces.
I feel nb pnp nomination process is worst process.

Any changes in status from anyone? ::)

It's over one month since most of us applied and still showing: Application Received? Good thing eh :-\

hello everyone,

I just saw the spreadsheet in google, there were many "In Process" files before suddenly most of them turned down to "Application Received" What happen? I mean why such changes?

In SINP website there was a discrepancy in "Summary of Applications" screen which showed "In Process" and "Application Details" screen which showed "Application Received". SINP corrected this and changed the status to "Application Received". This is what has been reflected in the spreadsheet

You have a button called "check and submit application", click that, its in the home page. Once you submit the application, your application status on the "Application Details" screen will change to "Application Submitted".

Hi
Some of the people spreadsheet status are still "in process" . Does it mean they forget to change it or their application is really in process stage .

I applied for SINP under 2241 on 24th June,2015. I didnt receive any sort of notification/AOR/Acknowlegement from SINP. Did you guys receive any AOR/Acknowlegement email ? My application # 10954**

I saw the spreedsheet people mentioning acknowledgement . Is the acknowledgement in form of email from SINP or just notification in their portal. Thank you!

Yes, some have forgotten to change but for some genuinely the status is "in process" now. In this thread, I read one individual got his status changed to "in process" in both the tabs and his application is indeed in process.

You won't receive any acknowledgement as email. If you login to OASIS, you will see the status as "Application Submitted" and in a day to two it will change to "Application Received" and you will get email on this change as notification but this is not AOR.

does that mean they have acknowledged it. I see in the spreadsheet ppl write acknowledgement in a day or so just after the application submitted; may be its application received. I thought AOR is the actual acknowledgement.

Just curious, As per they declare threshold of SINP EE Sub-category quota is only 1000 & by this time more than 1000 application is submitted (according to application number). But the SINP still accepting the new applications.

Whats the selecting criteria?? How they will proceed?
it will first come first serve basis?? or some thing else??
Anyone have idea?please share...

See below from the SINP guide:

What Happens to Your Application Package?

 Once your complete online application is received, the SINP will assess it against the eligibility criteria.

 A receipt letter will be sent via email once an initial document check has been completed. Please note that your application number does not change from submission and is to be used to reference all inquiries or submissions throughout the assessment process.

 You will only be contacted by the SINP with requests for missing documents and/or with the results of our assessment. All communication will be through email. All requested documents should be sent via email to: immigration.documents @ gov.sk.ca.

 If you are approved for immigration under the SINP, you will be nominated to the federal government for Permanent Residency status.

 If the SINP decides that you are not eligible for immigration to the province, you will be notified and you may apply again at a later date if your situation changes and you meet the requirements.
