I have already applied to New Brunswick PNP
so what should I reply to the question "have you applied to any provincial or Federal program?

if I say YES then would it reject my application?

Your Application will only count if its in under process for Nomination process. If you heard anything from any province first you can withdraw your application for other province and tell the province you had applied for this province also and now you have withdrawn the application with them.

How many points against work experience if it is as below:

June 2007 to July 2010
September 2012 to current
