I understand it to mean the entire cycle, from the time they receive the application to issuance of nomination.bellaluna said:"after receipt of a complete application package"
Does this refer to the time the application was first submitted, or the time the status changed to "in process"?
4011 Occupation did not require any licence ....in which field you are teaching and what is your designation? If you are teaching in diploma college, then they consider you in school teacher not university lecture .....graphon said:Hello everybody,
I applied on June 11th and yesterday I have been told that my application was refused because of:
Proof of language
Proof of funds
Need to get licensed in my NOC
Additionally they were wrong with my name and birthday, they put the name and the birthday of the other person
I was checking and my NOC (4011 University Professors and Lecturers) doesn't ask for license to work, and also I attached my IELTS result with my Bank statement.
All indicates that they made a mistake.
What should I do?
This form SINP-100-1 is not mentioned in sinp checklist but it exists on sinp wesite. In previous intakes sinp Also asked for this form as missing document. But no one knows why they asked this form only from few applicNts. Just google it and also google the thread of canadavisa website which have posts regarding this formJulieAnn83 said:Guys,
I also got email from SWOASIScorrespondenceat govdot sk dot ca for a request of additional information letter.
Below is the missing documents.
"SINP-100-1 Government of Skilled Worker Saskatchewan Application Form
Please provide your letter from CIC that shows your Express Entry Profile Number and Job Seeker
Validation Code"
I can't see any SINP-100-1 form so I think they are just referring to the IMM5786( the CIC letter showing the entry profile number and job seeker validation code).
That is all what listed on the letter, so I hope everything is in place.
My OASIS status changed from "in process" to "waiting for applicant".
I have submitted the required letter so it's now to waiting again.
Good luck to all!

Yes you are correct there is a SINP-100-1 form. I'm checking it now and it asked about relatives in Canada.
I have relatives in North York, Ontario and do you think this would affect my application in Saskatchewan?
I have friends in Saskatchewan that is why I decided to apply on this part of Canada.
No this form is not only for information related to relatives in canada, this form have many fields like job offer info if you have, license if occupation is regulated ... So on. I think this form was used in past when system was manual. And applications were sent by courier or post mail
In-process means your application seems to be completed but they may request you few additional documents at different processing stages. In-process is not surety of nomination. It is solely decision of SINP officials.MRELLA said:Good day all . Please what is your chance if your application has been in process? Does that mean all your documentations are in order and you will surely get nomination? I can see some application were returned. Kindly reply.
Thank you all and do have a great day.
Please comment on this

D.omar said:Hello everyone,
I am a new member to the forum. I have been a silent follower but decided to share my application details and ask few questions, hopefully someone can help.
I applied to SINP on July 3rd. NOC 2171. Current status is "Application received".
My questions:
1. I have not received any acknowledgement email since applying? Should I send them an inquiry email or is this normal?
2. When I applied my EE CRS score was 405, last week due to a revised WES ECA report my score was updated to 438. Should I communicate the score update to SINP? Should I send the updated ECA report as well? The revised report states "two or more certificates" which will not get me any more points for SINP.
3. The settlement funds are in a current bank account in my spouse's name. I read recently that CIC requires the funds in the principal applicant's name. Can I have my spouse transfer the funds into my bank account and provide an affidavit? Or this will affect my SINP application?
4. The funds were maintained since end of April (they show in April's statement). Could this be a cause for rejection?
5. I have a sister who landed in Canada (Alberta) as a PR after the application submission (she just arrived 1 week ago). Do I have to disclose this information now? Will it affect my application?
Thanks in advance.
