Does it open only once a year or multiple times?

many times. Opened in 2016, has combined 9 times.

Hi,

I have a query regarding my work experience.I have more than 4 years of experience in my previous company(IT indian MNC),and then i have left that job to join another IT MNC,where i have experience of 1.5 years.

1) Can i provide scanned copy of relieving letter provided by my previous organization where my date of joining and last date in that company has been mentioned.
2)There is a gap of 9 days between my last day in previous organization and joining date in present organization.Would it affect my application anyway ?
3)What informations needs be furnished in the HR letter of my current employer ?
4)Is it necessary to mention number of hours in the experience letter...since in almost all MNC's, 9 hours of working hours is there which sums up to 45 hours in a week.

Please also help me understand if i have left any other points above,which might be relevant to this topic.

1.5 years means 1 year, and you will get 2 points, if that job between 2011 and 2016. Majors record of job they do online check also.
1. It does not raise. So, you have to follow the rules.
2. No tension.
3. Company Letter head with Name, Designation, E-mail Address, contact details, Cell No.
4. Yes. As well as "Full time" in bracket.

hi all,
this query is about my cousin's sinp file.
i have an issue about sinp application. i have submitted sinp ee file on 12th October and on 2 December i received ADR. it is about my reference letter. as i am working in a MNC company in india and they dont provide reference letter even after some one left the job. i have submitted my self declaration on stamp paper at a time of submission and now they denied to accept it. can any one please suggest me what should i do for it. as my one colleague is ready to give me a reference letter but he is on the same post on which i am. but he is on that post for last 3 years and i just got that post in September.

Provide senior's Reference Letter on Company letterhead and mention his position, and contact details, website. So, it should be no problem if large MNC. They usually take the online tally.

thanks all for your kind attention. but the issue is that , it is next to impossible to get company letter head and this company also in way to remove there employees. and his senior is not so much friendly and if he should complain to HR about the same and in that case his job will be in problem. so only way is that he can provide only declaration of his colleague who is on same post as his from last 3 years and he is just promoted on it.

Are there any anticipated dates like Jan 2 which to focus on? I have 58 points out of 60. I have maxed out age and language results but I possess 3.9 years of experience which gives me 6 points (3 years). Three more months and I can select 4 which will give me required 2 points. I have more than one year of experience in 2171 which I think puts me in occupations in demand stream.

If u r applying with NOC 2171, then u can get advantage Experience of that NOC related only. Don't think about other job experience.

I have CLB 9 in IELTS which gives me 20 points in case of SINP however, I am set to appear again on Dec 10th to improve for CIC EE.

Please advise how shall I proceed now. Also, do we have to fill the forms like Background Declaration and Ethical Conduct and Declaration forms? If yes, where to attach them in the Oasis app?

First look into matter about NOC. They r very strict, Ham can tell u better, he is also a sufferer of NOC issue and Application rejection.

Yes NOC is very important matter.... And I think if you calculate your point with 1 year experience then you have not reach minimum 60 points..... 2173 is not in the Occupation Demand Stream

CLB 9 is fine. You will not get much drastic change in your CRS if you get CLB 10. However, your work exp in NOC 2171 is not sufficient. So I doubt how you will score the min 60. 2173 is not available for SINP.

Yes you are right. 1 year of experience will not get me even close to 60 points. How SINP express entry works? Is it also something like survival of the fittest as in CIC EE or they actually review the applications and then take a decision?
