But future will be bright when present will move fast! Had applied for SINP on 21st July and still application is showing "In Process". Not even any request for additional documents or anyother query! It's all luck & destiny, even if you are genius !

Are your Job letter and POF STRONG and transparent? These are main reason about delay. Too late this is, even 24 Oct. OID Applicants got nominated.

Exactly my point! Too late! Waiting till 21st November. After that will email them.

Yes, POF is very strong. Job letters are also all genuine and submitted in detail. There is no discrepancy in my application at all. Infact, I am now beginning to think that my application is still "In Process" because its too good to be true !

Just kidding, I seriously dont see any reason why this is happening. And from other forums I have come to know that there are many July EE intakes that are facing this problem.

CRS Score calculated = 340
Job code= 2173, 2171

Any probability of my application getting through ?

Which province I can concentrate more on through PNP ?

How is Saskatchewan province?. I mean job opportunities for software professionals.

Please advise.

yes, U can apply for Saskatchewan with 2171, it is high demanding too. U can go anywhere in Canada after getting PR, so don't worry.

Not meaning to demotivate you, but the fact is that your CRS is very low. You cant get through based on it. You need to:-
1) Improve your IELTS score (8,7,7,7)
2) Get PNP

Even if you apply for any province nomination you will HAVE to improve your language score for sure.

prepare for next intake.. or send detailed query to the immigration... because the truth is,, you should call them many times until such they will nominate you immediately..

I will email them on 22nd Nov. That will complete 4 months to my application, which is the max period they have written on their website for processing an application. 2.6 - 4 months.

i experienced it... the time they asked for more document.. i sent twice in first day (anticipating the nomination will be received the next day) but nothing happened so i sent again the same email the next day.. then they came back saying " do not sent an email many time since the officer process your application is the same officer receive your emails.. hehehe... and after a week boom NOMINATION with additional info... advised me to clear my kids custodial issue in order to process my application immediately.. hihihihi...

give your specific reasons why you email them.. because most of applicant just drop a word .. please advise me wth the updated status of my application..

No, After 3 months they will send AOR, after that 3-5 months to call for medial. After all they have to consume their 16 months official processing time, means you would get PR within 12-16 months.

nope.. i believe they will come back to me with AOR in 3 weeks max.. then ask me to go for medical... i am OID applicant but will go thru EE way... hahahaha.. will update you my friend and keep this msg ..
