I linked my paper app immediately after deliver it and got the Application No. My IELTS got expired so they returned it with note "Cancelled as Incomplete", they mentioned my UCI no. in the returned papers. I can re-send it after getting IELTS result. My IElts got expired 21 June and my App. got delivered on 24 June. Due to my lack of knowledge and carelessness I am suffering. I got nominated on 1st June and I could dispatch it up to 10 June completed all formalities. If my application could reach by 21 June then everything was ok. They consider papers on the basis of Physical mail delivery date.

I am not an expert for these sort of scenarios but logically they should refund or let you use the fees again. Shoot an email to them as i believe this is a very unique situation

Hello guys
Landed on 9-9 and trying to access my PR status since that time but system is unable to find my status.
Is that normal ?
Secondly; if my wife and kid live there and got my citizinship while I am living in ny home country and four years passed out of five.Is there a chance to renew my PR as my wife and kid are citizen at that time ?

Choose the option "Yes, as a Permanent Resident"
and right option from drop down list for all section and then website automatically prepare your settlement plan

CIC has returned my Paper base due to " Cancelled as Incomplete" and don't refund the Processing Fee, which I paid through Credit Card instant payment. What is the reason? I would send my Application again after IELTS exam. Have I to pay Processing Fee again or my earlier paid fee will work?

Ashuindian it is clearly mentioned on their website that if you application is deemed incomplete we will return your application and no processing fee will be charged. As far as I know in case of Bank Draft they return back the draft but as you have paid via credit card you must send an email about this

Did you have to submit schedule A form? How long will it take for BG and what is RPRF? Will schedule A be requested and at what point? My meds was passed does that mean completeness check was good?

Yes, I did. CIC asked for it.

For BG, in my case, i have no idea yet, my BG is not needed until now. Hoping to see it "in progress" before the month ends.

How can it be checked that which PNP programs are open now?

One option is to visit the website of each province and check their PNP status.

I want to know whether there is some site, newspage or forum which give the updates on PNPs of all states at one page that can be visited regularly to check the latest updates.

Need some clarification regarding NOC in OID---

As an applicant I must have experience in the NOC in past 5 years? I don't think as per text from SINP express entry eligibility criteria---

Have at least one of the following in your field of education or training occupation:
One year work experience in the past 10 years in a skilled profession (non-trades);
Two years work experience in a skilled trade in the past five years; or
Twelve months work experience in Canada in the past three years (trades and non-trades)

Please clarify as I have experience in 2171 prior to 5 years....so in my view according to first requirement I qualify but i am not sure

Dear Seniors,
I have two questions here for clarification

1.Where do we attach spouse ielts score in sinp oasis account?or we dont have to?

2.Whats the correct procedure to attach the documents.for example.

In the education record section there is the box in the main screen and the
box to attach the documents.I have my eca,high school diploma,bachelors
and post grad certificate all merged and attach in the main screen.

Next,I go to individual education screen where first of all I
fill the high school education detail and there also a box to attach
the document where I attach high school diploma only this time.

and so on to my higher secondary,only the certificate for that level
etc...I was confused if my document receiving double wouls impact
on application.plz suggest.thanks
