I had applied for SINP (December Express entry 2015) in Noc 2174 but at that time my funds were not 3 months older. So it was rejected. Since I have maintained those funds now and SINP Express entry is opened again but at this time that same NOC 2174 is not there. Instead of that NOC 2171 is there. I have applied under this in July intake and I have got my file number as well .

In my both, Express Entry profile & Canada job Bank account profiles I have filled NOC 2174 in my Information. Now I want to know that is there any need to change my information over these profiles as well before getting Nomination

hello sir i have an query i got my experience certificate today i has my name, designation, working hours, dates till i worked and all the job responsibilities. But the employer has written a note at the end as follows:

This certificate can not be used for legal or court case purposes.

is this certificate valid for immigration please reply asap

Hello, everyone!
I am new here and have a question.
I just submitted my SINP EE application on 20th, July. But my situation is a little complex.
I was working at SK as a 2132 (mechanical engineer) for 1yr 7mth. I was laid off in Jan 2016 and then found a mechanical technologist (2232) position in May. My point is just 60 if one year's engineer experience is counted. But that experience is 2132 which is not on the OID list now. Now my job offer is mechanical engineering technologist. If that 2132 experience is invalid, my point doesn't meet the minimum requirement. I am upset that does this mean I will be rejected soon?

Dear you have to paste/adjust min. 4 lines from these to your existing Job Ref. letter duties, and will apply again in next intake (if your application refused). Then you can show your Work Experience for Mechanical Technologist (2232) for 2 yrs. They can't catch if you adjust these 4 small lines wisely in between the existing lines.

Prepare cost and material estimates, project schedules and reports

Conduct tests and analyses of machines, components and materials to determine their performance, strength, response to stress .

Design moulds, tools, dies, jigs and fixtures for use in manufacturing processes

Inspect mechanical installations and construction

Prepare contract and tender documents

Supervise, monitor and inspect mechanical installations and construction projects

yes u should make necessary changes to both EE and Job bank asap before getting Nomination....if your NOC would be mismatched u will get rejection from CIC

while I have one concern, if the reference letter I will provide next intake is different from the last one, is this allowed? Will they think i am cheating?

check your CIC account messages..a PDF must be attached there with information of EE number and Job code.

Hi all,
I need an urgent help regarding reference letter.. As I have prepared my letter from one of my previous employer in January 2016, But now i want some minor corrections in the letter. But now that company is no more. All employees has been shifted to other units of company.
Scenario is NO HR NO EMPLOYEE NO EMAIL NO TELEPHONE NO. nothing is working...
I have two questions-
1. If i go with the existing letter then will they verify my details ?? If there is no one to respond them so can they refuse my application ???
2. What should i do in case i want a new letter ? Someone advice me to make affidavit from one of my senior ? Will it work ? Now a days all states and cic is very strict with lettet requirements... So will the accept the affidavit ????

Have u other option? If u dont fi t form du to this reason,chances of advantage of SINP? SO, INClude 4 small lines with existing lines and submit again with full confidence.
