Hi Guys,
First the good news. I've collected our stamped passports today(Although it was ready to collect for a week). On SINP application submission, I've selected Regina as preferred city, thus I got PR documents (along with passports) where it is written that destination is Regina. Now I want to land and stay at saskatoon as I found few known countrymen there. Will it be allowed if I land at saskatoon? or where should I contact to discuss about this matter? Any email address?

in the same province, there is no restriction about cities.

Generally people are fighting against the Province boundation, many of them quit the province within 6 months of getting PR. Because the law says, Government don't prevent any Permanent Resident to move frequently around the country. This is against the law of freedom. And you are worrying for moving one city to another.

Depends on your profession, have a look at various job portals and see which city has more opportunities in your area of expertise.

Guys any idea how to get the PR card in Saska? I mean if a person after landing exits the country within 2 weeks, what address should we give? Can we give an address of a friend located in Ontario or British Columbia?(is it compulsory to give an address located in Saskatchewan) Or can we give a virtual address from UPS or any other service which gives a street address? Please share ur views if anyone has been through this process.
