Thanks a lot for your quick reply. It seems it was a hopeless try again hahaha failure from the beginning.
My first application was rejected because my fund went below minimum limit and back up again during the processing time. Your fund should consistently remain above the limit during the whole process. SINP is very strict about that.

Completely relevant to any discrepancy sensed by any immigration officer. Might be from SINP or IRCC. Not mandatory that they will verify it's authenticity.

Not necessarily. It's might be for the inflation rate between two international currency. Thanks

They usually request an updated pof and its transactions just before issuing nomination.
if you have a transaction that makes your fund go below than minimum requirement, then it would be a problem.
This is another reason in addition to what Fahad04 posted above.

My application became ineligible . The reasons they have given are

1) POF not maintained for 3 months prior to the application
2) Duties and responsibilities letter was not got from my employer. (I got it from my colleague in an affidavit)

Can anyone guide me on the 2nd item as I'm left with no options to proceed.

You can go ahead and submit the apllication , attach a Letter of explanation along with passport application receipt in one document in place of daugters passport .

In LOE you can mention that passport is in process and you will send the same to SINP once you receive the same .

Hi ,

I just submitted my SINP EE application. Now I am a bit worried as there are few documents (single page documents) that are in Jpg format (not pdf). Although more than 70% docs are in pdf format. Is it an issue? I mean can it create problem?
2nd thing, due to normal quality of my scanner, a few documents are bit dark. Will they accept these or ...??
