Hello everyone.
I submitted application on 16 Dec 2015. I've still waiting a nomination. Has anybody waiting on it who applied in November or earlier?

Applied Nov 4, In Process since Dec 15. Lost patience and hope. Its 3 months today.

Hi,

at morning i saw that my medical is passed, now i got CIC message that my application is rejected mainly due to PCC (address history is different than the address on PCC).

Pls advise what is the next step, whether i can re utilize SINP nomination? it mentioned in letter that i should create a new EE profile, i think i can create new create EE using same mycic account?

could you please guide me in steps, like
1- create EE
2- Job Bank
3- SINP review

etc?

It is very stressful, when your CIC application is rejected. You need to ask SINP or other PNP nominate you again. It is not an easy step. You open new account at Express Entry and Job seeker. It is very simple. Then, you have to submit an application form in which you let SINP know detail about your fault. Why your application was rejected. Write carefully with detail supporting documents, write polite letter, submit new document such as proof of financial support (check carefully in SINP website), then you have to wait. It takes about two weeks to get a new nomination if your explanation is good enough.
Some people asked me where we can find the revision form at SINP. Please see the link below

As I had explained. It is not easy to renew SINP nomination.

We do not need to say sorry to SINP, since they do not care about that. However, we can let them know that we feel very bad with our mistake. It is our mistake not SINP or CIC. We try to explain why it was happened. For example, if we do not have enough police check, tell them the reason. Then, we have to give the proof that we have all police check at the current time, or we had applied all the police check. It means that our CIC application will be OK.

Guys, my application status is ineligible now. They mentioned "you need to maintain proof of settlement funds thru out last 3 months and I was lacking 200-300 $ for few days". I am planning to apply on the next opening. My question is "Should I create my application using my same profile login as now it's giving me to start a new application process or should I create a very new profile in OASIS"?

I further have question, whether my SINP profile is still working, and do i need to login it again to apply second review? or need to fill the form and email them?

From my experience , no need to login in SINP account

first create new EE profile

fill the extension form and write polite mail to explain the case .
and give new EE profile and validation code to SINP.

i don't think new financial document need to send again because its just revision for new EE profile.

Thanks, this polite reason should be given in email body with attachment of extension letter? or i should write a letter in word doc, sign, scan and attache. ?

If a province or territory has already agreed to nominate you

If you already applied to a province or territory, and they have agreed to nominate you under an Express Entry stream, you do not need to register for Job Bank. Instead, you must show in your Express Entry profile that you have a nomination:

When you create your profile, in the Application Details section under “Nomination and selection,” answer “yes” to confirm that you have a nomination under a PNP Express Entry stream
Choose the province or territory from the drop-down menu. It will show up after you change the previous answer to “yes.”

Then, follow the instructions below to have your nomination confirmed.

Application fees will not be refunded by CIC in case of rejections. However, if you have paid right to Permanent residence along with the application then you will get the refund of only right to permanent residence fees.
