In the Generic Application Form while applying for SINP EE, for *Category under which you are applying, should we select Skilled Worker or Provincial Nominee

You can choose either one and it is your choice. People got Nomination by selecting either one.

If I submit a acknowledgement receipt saying that I have applied for pcc because it's a long process about 3-4 months. would it be okay and can I upload it when I receive my pcc later? even after I submit my documents to CIC after received ITA?

The only country i've heard they accept that for is USA FBI PCC> Any other country they might reject your application.
However, you could still try explaining all your efforts to secure the PCC - with documentation

Have you received an ITA? You can do an upfront medical exam and submit. Here's the information:

Hi experts,

Can you guide me on how did you upload COC in myCIC? I have few questions:

1. CIC requested for PCC of myself and my wife but there is option of only one document to be uploaded. Should I combine both and write a LOE?
2. Document Number field does not accept numbers but COC contains numbers, so how to input?
3. Issue Date if COC is in January 2016, but year 2016 itself is not present in drop down menu
4. What expiry date to be mentioned for COC, it is not mentioned on the certificate itself

I have seen this question coming up many times, let me give you my example. I have a bachelors in Commerce and I applied for SINP with NOC 2171 with 7+ years of experience in a single company.

My bachors is non IT and my experience is in IT and I was nominated without any questions asked.

IMO education and experience does not have to be related.

Yes one of my friend's application was rejected bcoz he had bachelor of commerce, got ineligibledue to education not relatedto experience, he submitted the file for 2nd review and got his nomination too

Guys with Bachelor of commerce experience in noc 2171, if your file was rejected due to education not related to NOC 2171, please do the following

send an email to NC-NOC-CNP-GD@hrsdc-rhdcc.gc.ca stating your education and job duties and ask if you qualify for noc 2171, if they reply in affirmative then
send the copy of that email to sinp and request for second review , i think there was some confusion in sinp office n now they are nominating applicants in 2171 who have bachelor of commerce
