Hello one_topsy,I did my medical examinations yesterday and the panel phisician gave me a printout information sheet of e-medical containing my personal identification , visit date and UMI number . According to express entry document checklist , I asked them for IME number but them told me that since I was doing upfront medical exam and did not bring the UCI number like old paper-base system , they could provide me just UMI number and I would be able to import it to E-APR . In addition they will give me the confirmation of lab and x-ray exams next week , Do you have an idea related to this situation ? Thanks in advance .

Hi Topsy,

My LOE was accepted and they converted the Funds on 11th January and since then my application status changed to "In process" from "waiting on Applicant", how many days do you think they will take to send the nomination after conversion of funds ??

THis is the normal procedure with upfront medical. Upload the information print out sheet in the placeholder for medicals. That's all!

Thanks in advance for any help or suggestion.

I have applied in SINP Express entry and got nomination.While filling the PR application I came to know that My father-in-law has applied for Canada PR in 2002
when my spouse age was 14 year and that file was refused in 2007 when my spouse age was 19 year.My father-in-law has included my spouse as a dependent child.
They have also stamp in my spouse old passport.Now she has new passport with my name

Now the questions are
1)While submiting the SINP Application in Schedule A Background_Declaration from in point 6(d).

"Has <xyz> been refused refugee status, an immigrant or permanent resident visa
(including a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) or application to the Provincial Nominee Program)
or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country?"

I have selected NO.
Do I need to select yes and sent to SINP before submitting the PR file?

2)In the Express entry Profile,there is one question in spouse section.

"Do you ever applied for permanent resident?"

I have selected No.

What to do in this while submitting the PR file?

IMO, No is fine for both answers. Being included as a dependent is not a PR application.
If in doubt, you can mention it in a LOE.

My EE profile expired jan. 2nd and I sent the new EE number to SINP to add my 600 points coz I got SINP nomination late last year. Till now they haven't added it.

what about the date on the page 6 of generic form i am going to send to SINP now. The date should be the 18-01-2016 or the date i submitted the application. I submitted my application on 03-01-2016 and the generic form has the date 02-01-2016...?
I read on the CIC site that the date on forms should not be later to the date of application submission!

Hi , nothing to worry about the date , your generic form date is fine.
i submitted my SINP application on 5th dec 2015 , and on 17th december 2015 i submitted one more application with 5th dec 2015 generic form and asked VO to withdraw my 5th dec application. they withdrawn my application and i got nomination for 17th december 2015 application.
