I have been nominated for permanent residence by Saskatchewan under the International skilled worker express entry strea. Therefore I have not submitted the Schedule 4A form with my application as it is not applicable to me.

Please consider this document in making a decision on my application.

I had my son in IOWA. I attached his US passport to SINP application and sent his Nigeria passport by mail. In one of the Federal forms you'll complete (IMM008), you'll provide all the citizenship of spouse or dependents. See just attach anyone and send the other by mail.

I have submitted my SINP application, My NOC is 2281 (Submitted the following university degrees) on 3rd Jan 2016 & my application status are: Application Received.

1) B.Tech (Computer Science).
2) M.Tech (Computer Science).
3) MBA (IT).

Also the WES ECA report.

The query are: Is it necessary/mandatory to submit my training certificates like (international certifications, technical trainings/courses etc.).

Guys please advice i haven't submitted anything realted to Training /Certifications / Courses Certificates.

Hi,

If an application changes in to "in-process" from "app received", do you receive a correspondence for that?
Or you really have to check your SINP account from time to time?

Hello Superking,

Since your whole education is in computer science you do NOT need to submit any Training /Certifications / Courses Certificates.
If the rest of documents like proof of funds is there for three months and birth certificates are present .. you will definitely get NOMINATION

No you should check your SINP Oasis account to check for any update....They send email only when they need to have any correspondence with you like missing documents required or in case of rejection, returning application or nomination. They do not send email in case of Application received turns to In process

Hi all,

I am gathering required documents to apply for SINP when it opens next time. I have taken a personal loan recently, is it acceptable for SINP to process my file in case I got nominated, or applicant shouldn’t be having any financial liabilities while applying for SINP??
