Hi Topsy,

Just one more question! When I mentioned approx. 3.5 years in each country, I mentioned it was just an aproximation to get a general idea. Actually my experience in the three countries in the last 10 + years is
2 years 5 months in country A
3 years 6 months in country B and
4 years and 3 months in country C and this is also my current occupation.

Based on the above, since I'm not sure about my experience letter's quality for the current experience and after reading that the primary NOC should be based on a job within the last 5 years, in case CIC does not find my current experience suitable for the chosen NOC, would they consider my next experience which is covering only 8 months in the last 5 years?

Does CIC say the experience has to be in the last 5 years or 10 years? The eligibility tool says 10 years, so i don't know where you got that from.
If you can post a reference link let's see.

I'm not sure about that. I think that Provincial Nominee Program refers to the CIC stage, however if the form is for SINP you can include it just to be on the safe side

I just missed the chance of submitting my SINP application, while I was preparing my application there were still 500 seats, and the moment I click on submit , unfortunately it was already full and got a message that SINP threshold is reached and I can't submit my aplication my application is 100% ready. is there any chance that SINP will reopen the category near future in this year Or I should discard and look for other options.

please guide.

There is a very high probability they will reopen. They had 4 intake periods between June and Dec (EE alone).
So keep checking their website and the forum for news

As a sidenote - if you haven't applied to other PNP's with your EE profile. Consider withdrawing it and recreating a new one. Reason is because i see your profile will expire in May 2016 and you will save yourself trouble of expired profile, getting SINP to change nomination to new profile etc...

OID usually takes around 7-8 months. EE processing times are much faster. There are people who got nominations within 10 days during dec 2015.

Yes you are absolutely right. I will do that. one more question. the application which I have created on SINP (not submitted), shall I cancel it or keep it until they open new seats and then submit, what you suggest

You can keep it, but if you create a new EE profile, you need to cancel it and create a new one uing the new EE profile number
