I just tried to submit my application under SINP OID after viewing above post and amazingly it has been submitted ....Although it does not mentioned on website that the OID has been opened for 2016 Intake

I dont know what is happening ??? but its done now

Whoever is waiting for applying Do it immediately before reaching cap

I got confirmation from Whatapp group that it happened in the same way last time about the submission of EE Application, and only in Canadian Eastern time Website will be Updated. So , go ahead and submit the application.
I also received a confirmation screenshot of OID application submitted

What's the payment procedure. My understandings are -

1. First Application after ITA ($550 for adult and $150 for Child)
2. If application approved then RRPF before PR issued ($490 for Adult)

Second question is, can I use another person's credit card for payment? Please confirm.

2. Yes. However you can pay the RPRF upfront. CIC says it "might" speed up the processing of your application. But 100% up to you
You can use any credit card. But have in mind that if the RPRF is to be refunded in case of a refusal, it will be refunded to the card that was used to pay.

Yes, You can select only EE Profile , Please join some whatsapp group they will guide to filling the application form
