I have submitted my application this NOV 2015, but recently my friend told me that may be the form IMM 5669 (12-2012) E SCHEDULE A
BACKGROUND / DECLARATION was changed . when i checked, i came to know that its same but only the pattern of the form is a bit changed.So, do i have to submit this new pattern form via email ??

There is no harm to send them updated form via EMAIL again.

why cant i view the documents i attached for education, employment history and dependants. All the documents attcahed cannot be viewed under their names.

please is it because its on an inner screen and cannot be viewed again or what?

Secondly, after submission, can the pre-application be cancelled and re-applied. Why is there an option for "cancel this pre application"

It's normal system behavior, don't worry.

No, After submission you cannot modify or delete anything.
but you can send missing documents by email

There is difference of 3 months in my wife's DOB and all other legal documents ( education certificates, passport, driving licence etc) SK is asking for her DOB or Non availability certificate of DOB. What should I do? Should I share the DOB with SK and withe affidavit that she is not using her Original DOB in all documents?

I m stuck here. Please provide what is a valuable solution.

HI i applied for SINP on 11/JUL/2015 and still my application is in received status.
however people from jul 6 have got nomination. Now i am a bit worried. What could be the cause.
am i out of contest. i mailed to SINP,they said they have received my application thats it. When they will start working on this??

Kindly re-check if you have the necessary 60 points to qualify.. If not send necessary new documents to fulfill the requirements..

My app was not even touched by SINP until I fulfilled 60 points

Date of birth being different to Birth Certificate is indeed a problem. Explaining it with an affidavit wont do much as you are supposed to use the date of birth mentioned in the Birth Certificate. Contact your local municipality (if from India) and get the birth certificate corrected. This is not an difficult option.

which is her real date of birth? the one in the legal documents or the one in the birth certificate? did u ever present the birth certificate to them (ie if the date there is different)

Her birth certificate date is real and won't be possible to change DOB certificate date. I never shown her DOB certificate to embassy. They said if there is no DOB certificate then send NAC of DOB. I am from India and it take more time if I legally change DOB in certificate.

Please let me know if there is some valuable solution.
