Hi Friends,

I got the below mail requesting documents from SINP yesterday (Nov 4).

Missing and/or incomplete documents:

Principal Applicant - B***** (Name Masked)

Work Experience Credentials

please provide work experience form XYZ(Name Changed), we do not accept emails as a reference letter. Letter of
reference from the supervisor printed on company letterhead detailing job description (with position),
dates of employment and the duties and responsibilities.

Saskatchewan Adaptability


I can provide the Work Experience Credentials document on a letter head with all the requested details.
However, I do not understand the Saskatchewan Adaptability document. (what is this document about, I don't see any comment underneath it either)
Friends request you to throw some light on this matter.

Adaptability means:

1) Close relative in Saskatchewan - 20 Points

2) Previous work experience in Saskatchewan - 5 Points

3) Previous student experience in Saskatchewan - 5 Points

and I haven't claimed the above points linked to the categories mentioned by you.

Seems an error from SINP's side. It happened with me in another scenario, but they are very flexible in solving issues.

I got this request on 14-Oct-2015 and I shared those docs on 19-Oct-2015.But the status still is Waiting on Applicant till now.. May I ask can i drop a mail to them requesting for any further docs is pending from my side..

a) Experience Letter
b) Pay Stubs for 6 months
c) Offer Letters and Promotion Letters
d) Income Tax Return Ack for last two years

Then there's no need to worry about.

Just send them an email or leave a voice message regarding this Request Letter and tell them you haven't claimed points of adaptability. They might issue you another letter.

This is default behavior of the system that some files get disappear (After Submission Only),
But be sure from your side that you sent the missing documents.

In my case, I was not able to see my ECA and IELTS report in OASIS throughout the process.

Currently they are working on 3 streams simultaneously,
I assume that this could be the reason for delay.

why can't we to change to yes the entry in our CIC profile for "received a nomination certificate from a province or territory" after we received nomination? do we even need to change it?

Not required, as SINP would notify CIC About the nomination and 600 point will be added to EE Profile.
But, After receiving ITA, you would require to select YES and mention the Province name.
