I don't think that will work because you will not be able to prove that he is in Canada when you get to the e-APR (electronic application for permanent residence) stage.

i thought that you need to write something at the back only when issuing of PR card? but for the PR application application itself, you just need to upload the front side of the picture? may i know whether you have a link from CIC to confirm this?

They will request for schedule 4 after submission

How long does it take to get profile number and job validation code?
my brother scored exact 60 but he doesn't start his file with CIC as its one of the requirement.

Schedule 4 forms are specifically for PNP nominees. You submitted this form to SINP, but you'll need to submit it again to CIC.

I guess there is just some kink in the eAPR that doesn't automatically allow this field/form for PNP candidates, so the CIC officer has to request it personally.
Or their programmers were lazy to customize it since it's not applicable for CEC/FST/FSW anyway hehe.

I received ITA about to submit online PR application...Is there a list or forum on reasons for PR rejection. Th eobviuos ones are criminal and medical problems.

Any other less obvious ones. I am trying to cover all bases?

Unfortunately, there is no use of close relatives in Canada for EE,
Because you cannot claim points in EE for relatives.

No need to write photographer address or etc. at this stage, just follow the CIC requirement:

Document: Digital Photo
Dimensions:
• The final frame size of the photo must be at least 35 mm x 45 mm (1 3/8" x 1 ¾").
• The photographs must show the full front view of the head, with the face in the middle of the photograph, and include the top of the shoulders.
• The size of the head, from chin to crown, must be between 31 mm (1 ¼") and 36 mm (1 7/16").
• Digital dimensions are often expressed in pixels or DPI (dots per inch). The physical dimensions in pixels must be at least 420 x 540.
Quality/Resolution:
• If an existing photo is being scanned, the minimum resolution must be 600 pixels per inch.
File Format:
• The file may be submitted in JPEG or JPEG2000 format.
File Size:
• The final size of the image should be ideally 240 kB (kilobytes), but not less than 60 kB.
Colour:
• The image must be in color (24 bits per pixel) in sRGB colour space which is the common output for most digital cameras.
